This hotel offers dining at Harbor's Edge that prepares contemporary American cuisine. Additional dining options include Quinn's and Tapatini's Tapas & Martini Bar. Starbucks offers espresso specialty drinks and pastries. The seasonal restaurant Shoreline prepares poolside drinks and grilled favorites. Complimentary wireless Internet access is provided in public areas of the hotel. A staffed business center houses 2 computer stations, whereas 6 computer stations and a printer are located in the lobby. A total of 73 meeting/conference rooms are available. Recreational amenities include outdoor fire pits, 3 heated outdoor pools, 3 tennis courts, spa tubs and a marina. Scuba gear and paddle boat rentals are available. The Sheraton Health Spa contains cardiovascular and weight-training equipment, and offers massages and facial and body treatments. For a surcharge, a shuttle service for nearby attractions within 4 miles (6.4 km) like Harbor Island, the Maritime Museum of San Diego, Broadway/Navy Pier, Seaport Village and the San Diego Convention Center operates between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina houses 1,053 nautically themed guestrooms in two 12-story towers. Guestrooms are equipped with high-speed Internet access for a fee. Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Beds feature pillowtop mattresses dressed with 200-thread count sheets, fleece blankets, plump duvets and five goose down/feather pillows. Kitchenettes are available in select rooms. Accommodations include minibars. Guestrooms are all non-smoking.

Shoreline - Open seasonally, the hotel's poolside restaurant offers snacks and light meals to swimmers and sunbathers. Open for lunch and dinner. Includes a bar.
Starbucks - Located on premises. Offers coffees from around the world, specialty espresso beverages, baked goods, and select merchandise. Open for breakfast and lunch.
Bay Tower Lounge - Light snacks and pub-style food. Includes a bar.

"Skip This Hotel"
There are two towers about a5 minute walk apart. I stay in the "step child" tower and service was brutal. No coffee in lobby (they actually wanted a dollar in the make shift café), wifi was limited and $12 a day, charged for shuttle service and tub drained oh so slowly. Too far from the action of downtown, Old Town and Gas Lamp. Pool door didn't work […] and security guard chastised me for reaching in and opening manually. "Convenient location, Fine Hotel"
We chose this location to be close to the airport and MCRD. When you book, make sure you know what "tower" you are in. Tower is actually a separate hotel about a quarter mile away. The Bay Tower is smaller and doesn't have as many restaurants and amenities but the rooms are larger. The Marina Tower has smaller rooms but is located in the nicer hotel […] with greater choices and two pools. We moved from Bay to Marina after the first night. It's convenient having a starbucks. "The Sheraton Marina"
The room was spacious and clean, there was a pipe that kept making some noise and also the tub was slow to drain but when I called about it, they were extremely prompt in their response in sending a maintenance worker to fix it. "Almost there"
There was a spider on the wall, which i had to kill and hide before my wife came out of the restroom else she would have freaked out. They charged 22 dollars overnight parking fee which was not so nice of them. Rest was ok but rooms are not very sound proof.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"OVER PRICED and OVER WORKED"
I will never stay at the Sheraton again if I can help it. The room was nice. The view was great. The employees were outstanding. That's it! As a retired Military Veteran who has been around the world and stayed in all types of Hotels and Motels, I was appauled by the Sheraton. The food and parking was well over priced. The Sheraton charged for everyting. […] There were not enough savings or benefits turned over to the customers. It cost $4 for a 12 oz bottle of water. Sheraton is charging $2 minimum for local calls, toll-free calls, and calls you make with your calling or credit card. That was the last straw. That's ridiculous. Who charges for a toll-free number? There was no refridgerator. Instead, the Sheraton has a miniture vending machine placed in each room. So, you're unable to store any water, milk, etc. unless you request one. Even coffee in the room isn't free anymore. I understand about capitalism and business. However, even the Best Western, or other economic hotels serve a free breakfast or give out some cereal or a waffle in the morning. Parking was $22 for self and $30 for valet. Whaaaat?! I can go to the most expensive restaurant in Beverly Hills and only get charged about $12 for valet parking. The Sheraton just gouged with the pricing of anything you can mention. "A good four Star Hotel."
Really enjoyed our four days at this Hotel. Service was five star - people were just wonderful. You can't beat the view (if you have a Harbor view), and the pool was great for everyone. If you know your way around town this is a great Hotel, close (but still driving distance) to Old Town, down Town, and Sea World, but no problem as the Hotel has a shuttle […] service that is excellent. The only two things that I really had a distaste for is, the price to park your car (really stupid), and the expensive food (oatmeal cost me $10). "Beautiful"
we had amazing view the customer service was great. The staff was kind, and on top of things. Our family asked for more towel and when the staff came to drop it off by the time I shut the door my phone ring, it was the front desk making sure i got my towels. wow! The only thing was parking was 22 dollars a day. "Did not get a King Bed"

First I was checked into a room in the basement. Corridors in the basement were smelling of urine. After complaining I was checked into a room with Murphy bed with no room to sleep for two people. "gator by the bay festival / mothers day brunch"
when we arrived at the hotel, they did not have a king size bed room available. which I had a conformation a week prior for a marina tower king room. they said if I wanted a room with a king size bed I would have to take a handicapped room. which we did. bad move on our part. the furniture was lower to the ground than normal. My husbands 6'4.The worst […] was when we and other guest rooms above us used the faucet or shower, the pipes made so much noise it was insane! Someone decided to take a shower around 5:00 am. the pipes were so loud it woke us up. it sounded like a continuous fog horn. I'm sure maintenance has to know this is a problem seeing their room is right next door to ours. At brunch the next day wasn't great either. The food was excellent. It was the short ribs served in a glass. I ate half way through when I noticed the glass had a nice sized crack in it. When I showed it to the manager she just brushed if off like no big deal, and assured me there was no glass in my food. How would she know? But I paid the for our meal + tip. I just won't go back. "What a view"
I really loved our room in the tower overlooking the marina. Just a spectacular view and a gorgeous big room at a great price. The linens and pillows are fabulous ... the shuttles run regularly to the main hotel but do note that the restaurant in the tower doesn't open till 5p and the bar closes at 10p. so you will be shuttling back and forth to the […] main hotel. Be careful you know which Sheraton tower you book as there are 2 different buildings with different entrances and amenities. We stayed at the Bay tower. We had a good deal from hotels.com though it was a ground floor room, it was very comfortable and suited our needs for a stay the night before an early morning flight. The shuttles were very convenient. […] The hotel and rooms are older but have been renovated. I would imagine the upper floor rooms were nicer but also more expensive. "We love this Sheraton!"
We love the pools! We like the marina tower best because it has the Starbucks and larger hot tub. I am pretty sure the pools are heated, but they aren't hot.The hot tubs are hot, but not scorching. The rooms at both towers are similar, nice and very clean. The location is good for walking around the bay or the marina. We see ppl running and biking around […] there every time we go. There were several parties at this hotel on our last stay, and we could not hear any noise inside our room from the party on our floor.
