The Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina is located on San Diego Bay near Downtown San Diego. Offering panoramic views of the bay and the downtown city skyline, this high-rise hotel is located 1 mile from San Diego International Airport.
Hotel Features.
This hotel offers dining at Harbor's Edge that prepares contemporary American cuisine. Additional dining options include Quinn's and Tapatini's Tapas & Martini Bar. Starbucks offers espresso specialty drinks and pastries. The seasonal restaurant Shoreline prepares poolside drinks and grilled favorites. Complimentary wireless Internet access is provided in public areas of the hotel. A staffed business center houses 2 computer stations, whereas 6 computer stations and a printer are located in the lobby. A total of 73 meeting/conference rooms are available. Recreational amenities include outdoor fire pits, 3 heated outdoor pools, 3 tennis courts, spa tubs and a marina. Scuba gear and paddle boat rentals are available. The Sheraton Health Spa contains cardiovascular and weight-training equipment, and offers massages and facial and body treatments. For a surcharge, a shuttle service for nearby attractions within 4 miles (6.4 km) like Harbor Island, the Maritime Museum of San Diego, Broadway/Navy Pier, Seaport Village and the San Diego Convention Center operates between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Parking and valet service are also available (surcharge).
Guestrooms.
The Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina houses 1,053 nautically themed guestrooms in two 12-story towers. Guestrooms are equipped with high-speed Internet access for a fee. Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Beds feature pillowtop mattresses dressed with 200-thread count sheets, fleece blankets, plump duvets and five goose down/feather pillows. Kitchenettes are available in select rooms. Accommodations include minibars. Guestrooms are all non-smoking.

"Its a sheraton!!"
Got exactly what we expected out of a Sheraton. Super clean, organized, great food. We stood in the marina tower and we were pleased..! I would reccomend it to anybody or any family being that we went with r kids they loved it. Beautiful view with everyroom having a balcony.. "Nice to see but nickel and dime you."
Check in took forever and the clerks who looked as though they were free, rudely dismissed us and a huge line behind us. When we finally got to the desk the clerk mentioned there was a $22 a night fee for parking! When I complained how high that was he did discount it to $15 per night(still higher that I've ever heard of!) This would of been acceptable […] if there was any parking! If you arrive after 8 or 9 at night good luck! You've just paid to park far away and walk in the dark! No fridge in the room accept for the expensive mini fridge sacks they sell. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Upon arriving the front desk was very rude. They kept questioning my husband and I as if we were in a interrogation room. Yes we will only be staying one night and yes we still want the room with the king size bed and no we are just visiting for the day. What happened to welcome I hope you enjoy […] your stay? Once we got past the questioning we were directed to our room which for one it was not in the tower as we had hoped for but rather on a side bungalow all the way towards the back. The rooms were very nice and clean however the walls are very thin. All night we kept hearing the room next to us and it was not because they were being noisy, the rooms simply had thin walls. The bathroom was the worst. The shower head was not working, an the sink was clogged! Who ever gave this hotel a 4 star review must have stayed at the tower because the adjacent rooms were terrible. 275 dollars a night here is not worth it. Very bad experience. "The Most horrible Customer Service"
The Most Horrible Customer Service One and a half hour to check in, initially had problems with the name, then there was a huge line that people almost kill me thinking I was cutting the line (that was the second attempt), quick but inefficient (no explanation of club access, nothing) gave me keys with no access to the club). Third attempt I called […] to report the issue had to go down instead of sending someone. Made the long line again (about 10 people). I went down but I forgot my id so I was told no need to make the line but I was ignored standing on the side so made the line before people would fight me then I realized the room did not have the view we paid for. Ah nobody told me that the club only serves food and alcoholic beverages until 8:00p, so the only time I had to use it was wasted. The club opens until 10:30p. "UNDER CONSTRUCTION"
Property was under major renovations at the time of my stay and all I kept hearing from reception was I'm sorry with no concessions offered. Hotels should be forced to tell you when this occurs because it definitely would have affected my choosing this property over another. "awful experience"
stayed in the Sheraton in San Diego for 2 nights after a medical emergency. The hotel was the second Sheraton on the grounds- the "other hotel" the room was clean but had an electrical strip holding all the cords near the bed because the electical outlet were falling out of the walls. There was no free breakfast - Room service only for 2 hours a day […] because it was in the "other hotel" I would never recommend this hotel. There are actually 2 Sheraton hotels: the Bay Tower and the Marina Tower. I intended to stay at the Marina Tower, but I ended up in the Bay Tower, which is smaller and is some distance from the larger (and nicer) Marina Tower.
