"Don't stay in Rm 206"
Overall- The staff were the best and very helpful and friendly. Booking and arrival were fine. The food in the morning was OK, though I was dismayed to see the food "Cooked" in a microwave. The hotel was only 10 minutes from the convention center, and National City has a charm all it's own. The issue I had was the location of the room I was given- 206, […] was right next to the vending machines and elevator. - Sadly, I had one of the worst nights sleep, ever at a hotel even wearing ear plugs. The Air conditioning next door seemed to vibrate the room with a steady hum even though not loud, it was disquieting,and not very warm that night, I chose not to use mine. If this were to happen again, I would check into another room right away instead of tolerate the disturbances. Overall I would rate the place a 3. "Pretty cheesy"
Very difficult to find, especially at night. Only stayed one night, but had no hot water for showers. Towel rack fell down when we took a towel off, it wasn't even screwed into the wall holder. Expected better for over $100 a night.Genuine Expedia guest review
