"Hotel Hell"
The hotel refused to find us a room with two beds as had been requested. But for $100 they would give us a rollaway bed. Even though we paid $32 a day for valet parking, we had to park our own cars every time. One evening, we had to park our car outside because the parking lot was full. We still got charged for parking that day. And then there was the […] daily resort fee of $50 a day. That paid for spa facility access but not for services. And WiFi. Even though we used none of those services. The staff was not helpful and down right rude. I will never go back to that hotel and I suggest folks stay away from it.
