"not close enough too airport."
Overall it was a very good hotel. My only issue was the website said it was less than 4 miles from the san Diego airport but it was close to 20 miles.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice but not perfect"
Pros - Very nice staffs. Clean rooms. Relaxing atmosphere. One free breakfast buffet per guest. Near freeway, supermarket, and gas station. Cons - Very noisy when showering and flushing the toilet. "Needs some air"
I really only have two complaints with this hotel: 1) The room was musty. So much so that it assaults your senses as soon as you walk in. We had to open the sliding glass door to air it out. 2) The walls and ceilings were too thin or not well insulated. The rooms are set-up like condos with a handful of rooms to a building. "San Diego - Doubletree"

"Definitely Peace & Quiet"
If you need somewhere to de-stress and/or rejuvenate, this is the place. Very peaceful. I stayed in the Villa away from the main building & any other possible outside, non-nature noise & was found so relaxed & cozy in my room! "Romantic Golf Get-a-way!"
My boyfriend and I try to go for weekends away when time permits. We loved this hotel and its location. The golf course was beautiful (the course was much more beautiful than our golf scores). "Great Experience!!"
I would definitely recommend this place to others. It was less like a hotel and more like a nice apartment complex. At check in they gave us free warm chocolate chip cookies! "Great breakfast"
