Hotel was close to major attractions, shuttle service was friendly and useful. Adequate parking. Pharmacy next door and other shopping/restaurants across the road. Well let me just say it was the worst hotel me and my family have ever stayed at the pictures make it look warm and inviting but the room looks nothing like it. After we arrived and checked we went too our room to find our door open called the front desk and they had no more doubles with sofa bed so we had to stay n the room 153. It stunk like urine […] and the carpet was worn down and looked like mildew, our sheets were ripped, all the trash cans had no bags, no back to the TV remote furniture is old and out dated. Free shuttle to sea world, free parking, free breakfast, and heated pool! Neighborhood is scary though. Needs to have secure gates around the property. My boys looked out the window to find bums sitting in the parking lot next to our car drinking beer and going through their bags.

The staff were very loud when passing the rooms. It was very unpleasant. The rooms were nice and clean. The parking was difficult at night because of the small lot. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I changed rooms two times in the middle of the night because: 1) Air Conditioner noise was very loud, 2) Air Conditioner did not work. After that, the other room had no hot water in the shower. Wireless stayed down for three days and front desk did not move to fix it. Dirty towels.

This was a short overnight stay as I was flying in from Phoenix to meet my daughter and grankids so we could fly out early the next morning to Chicago. The hotel staff wasn't very friendly. We had to drive across the street to another part of the hotel for our room. This was not a good-looking area. The room was decent and clean, but the tv in the front room was fuzzy and this was where the kids were sleeping. There was only one small trash can which I found odd. The man who checked us in was outstanding - so helpful with all info, and arranged transportation to the airport next morning for us. Room was above expectations for the price. The biggest bonus was the heated pool and hot tub that were enjoyed on the last night of our vacation.

The Hotel was perfect for all of us! We went for our sons graduation from MCRD (which is only 5minutes away), who is now officially a U.S. Marine! It was a suite with a private bedroom, two tvs, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, swimming pool, jacuzzi, free full breakfast till 10am, and great hospitality! We will be back!

The rooms were noisy. We could hear the TV from the room next to us and everything going on outside. The room we stayed in was close to the pool and guests were in the pool early in the morning and late at night. We had 5 people staying in our room. My husband and I took the hide-a-bed just so the kids could go to bed before us and we could shut the […] door. That bed was so bumpy and every little move we made it would sqeak and wake the other person up. There wasn't any hot water for the shower. The first person and the last person all had a warm shower. The room and the hotel itself felt dirty. The security lock on our door was loose. The breakfast was decent. We had the same thing for the two mornings that we ate there. It would get old if our stay would have been longer. An MP3 player went missing while we were gone for the day. It might show up in one of our bags since everything isn't unpacked. I just hope it wasn't stolen. The staff I talked with did not seem too friendly. The hotel is in general disrepair. It needs a big facelift. Read more

The neighborhood looked a little sketchy. The hotel was divided into two parts. The part we stayed in was across a small street behind the main part and had a gate around it. I'm not sure if it was ever shut, but the need for a security gate around the parking lot gave me pause. We had a "suite". The front room was very cold at night. Running the heater […] only made it worse because it was so loud in that front room. Also, there was no sound proofing against outside noise or weather proofing, so it was loud and cold from the outside air getting in. The back room was warm enough and the bed was comfy. I was disappointed with the property because of the noisy kids running thru the courtyard and up and down the stairs. Suggestions would be to put air fresheners in the. Rooms like you have in your lobby. Our room was extremely musty smelling. Also. Don't recommend Rio's pizza to your guests! Crappy neighborhood, Cheap price, friendly staff but I didn't feel safe if the neighborhood. There where homless people all around the Hotel. The Hotel was hard to find for us, you miss one turn off & it takes forever to geet back on the correct street.

I was very disappointed with the complimentary breakfast. The containers that held the cereal, bread and muffins were empty. There was no coffee left. Bad way to start the day. You can buy a ticket for an extra $5 per person to eat eggs, pancakes, and waffles.
