We stayed here back in April and loved it so much so we decided to stay here when we were in the area again. The price in August was a bit more than... what we paid back in April, but I understand because the area overall is much more popular in the summer season. The facilities are modern, clean, and well kept. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. We checked in early without a problem and the room was perfectly set up. We know that anytime we will be visiting southern Maine, or Portsmouth, NH, this is our place to stay! (Plus they are pet friendly although we did not have our dog with us this time. very clean and the staff was awesome. however; there was a baby shower party and the kids were running up and down the halls until 3 in the morning! then the parents were yelling at them. but overall i would stay again

I loved it ,the staff there are soo freindly . The free breakfast and coffee was fantastic.. room was spotless everything in place roomy beds were amazing..comforter soo soft and smmoth on my skin matress was just right. Slept soo good I didn't want to leave that bed. Was just a fantistic time.

The cons: the air conditioning unit was much too loud. I am a very heavy sleeper and it still felt like I was sleeping beside an aircraft taking off. The regular rooms are also very small. I felt like I was sleeping in a room the size of a postage stamp so the loudness of the air conditioner was only made worse. At 3 am we decided to turn off the air […] conditioner and open the windows where we then realized that the fridge made some weird cracking noise. Once we unplugged that we managed to fall asleep. The hotel was certainly clean and modern and the bathroom was very nice. I don't think I would stay again. Oh also, be sure to bring your own pillows. The pillows are horrid. Read more
