I was pleased with everything this stay. I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and the last time I stayed here the staff gave my wakeup... call to another room. I didn't spend the time to learn how to use the clock in the room, which I should have used as a backup. I just figured the wakeup call would suffice, I ended up missing an appointment and being disappionted with the staff. Therefore, I only gave a 4 for staff, not due to anything that happened this stay. by Eric from new jersey on 03/22/13

This hotel seems to be relatively new. I can't say for sure, but I would say its not more than 5 or so years old. Very clean and comfortable rooms, free parking, free internet. I didn't partake in the free breakfast, so I can't comment on the quality of it. I normally only stay at hotels with a lounge on site since I tend to enjoy a few adult beverages […] after a hard work day. Although this hotel doesn't have a bar, there is a great Mexican cantina just a couple minutes walk up the road; so all was good. Read more

Very expensive compared to others of this level of hotel. The full breakfast was premade micrwaved food that was not edible. I would not stay in this hotel again.

Terrific; the most friendly and wonderful staff; they were very helpful and went the extra mile to make my family and I feel comfortable. The two shuttle drivers, especially Lee, were most courteous. The hotel had a family feeling about it. Looking forward to returning there pretty soon.

The hotel was very clean and new. The breakfast started at 6, which was a great convenience (many hotels make you wait until 7 or 8, too late for business travelers). The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The only issue I had with the hotel was the location. It was not in the downtown area, so it wasn't walkable to anything interesting.

Brand new hotel, clean comfortable and most importantly on that particular day,,,warm. Helpful staff. Plenty to choose from at breakfast, but the coffee wasn't that great. Restaurants and Dunkin Donuts next door. The chinese restaurant in the strip mall next door was good and reasonably priced and the only one open during the snow storm.
