Seattle’s Eastside is one of America’s most affluent areas. Multimillion-dollar estates on Lake Washington are home to a few billionaires, including Bill Gates. With its concentration of finance and tech firms, downtown Bellevue's skyline rivals that of Seattle. The Eastside has several corporate headquarters, Microsoft, Nintendo of America, and Eddie Bauer.

"NICE Deep sleep at the Westin Bellevue"
The Westin Bellevue is one of the best hotel to stay at in Bellevue if in Seattle stay in Bellevue and Free parking and 5 Star Quality ServiceGenuine Hotels.com guest review
nice, stylish hotel. No problems. At checkout time the reception guy went an extra step to print by boarding pass for me, which was a nice touch. I should also mention that I still find it unacceptable that a nice, expensive hotel like this one charges extra for the internet when you can get free wireless internet at much more ordinary hotels.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Terrible Guest Services and Management"
The management team at this hotel have no idea what customer services is. They are rude and short sided. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Never Again"
I was very unhappy with my treatment at this hotel. I have a small dog and they were said to be "pet friendly". I signed the pet waiver at check-in yet every time I came through the lobby I was attacked by a staff member wanting to know if I had authorization for my dog. I was made to feel like a criminal. We ordered room service for dinner which INCLUDED […] a 22% gratuity in the total. The food was brought to us (cold) and I did not tip the associate at the door. After that ALL of our service request phone calls went ignored. Woke up Saturday morning to find all the roads were shut down due to construction without any notice. The pool area is unusable as it is so crowded. I was in town for a doctor appt and trying to make it enjoyable for my child. This is the WORST experiance I have ever had at a hotel. This is the first time I have written a review. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"No wifi?"
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel a great deal, but I didn't want to pay extra for wifi, just to check my email once or twice a day when I was in my room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Response by The Westin Bellevue Thank you for your review relative to your recent stay, and we're pleased you had an overall good experience. We do have complimentary wifi in our lobby and in Cypress Lounge & Wine Bar, which is accessible via a special code given out to you by our concierge or guest service agent at the front desk. Our apologies for not sharing that with you at check-in, but hopefully next time you stay it will be an option for you. Be Well.

"Business in Bellevue"
The Westin Bellevue is a "hip" hotel in a perfect area, close to Microsoft, Expedia, and other businesses, along with a bunch of decent restaurants. We were able to walk to meals and business meetings, which saved us the cost of a rent car and parking. I'd definitely stay there again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"I'll choose it every time"
Bellevue is great, and the Westin fits in well here. The beds are super comfy and there's something about the pillows that make me melt to sleep. Location is great. Annoyances: -Parking really should be included for hotel guests, or at least be cheaper. It is pricey. -I'll never understand the price gouging for simple room items like bottled water. […] $5 for a bottle of water, really? -Wi-Fi should be free to all hotel guests. -Loud doors! Every time someone on my floor left their room, I could hear their door slam shut. It woke me frequently. -Thin walls! I could hear conversations in the hallways -Noisy toilet and AC. The toilet would make this loud "CLUNK" sound after it refilled with water from a flush. The AC had this weird clicking to it. At first I thought a rodent was in my room, but it was the AC. Most of these are annoyances and can easily be rectified. Lower your parking costs for guests or make it free. Reduce the cost of your simple room items and I will be more inclined to buy them instead of going to the store. Add some sort of cushion to prevent automatic door slams. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great Location"
Great location especially if you don't have a car. Plenty to do, see, eat, shop within walking distance. And only a short cab ride into the city. Great pool & fitness facility.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice hotel, nice area, overpriced services."
This hotel was fairly nice, and in a great area. My only problem was they charge $12.95 per day for internet use, and an outrages $20 for a basic hotel breakfast. For these reasons, I would avoid Westins in the future.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
