"Wonderful hotel"
The room was very nice as were the hotel amenities. The neighborhood was peaceful and the staff was friendly. It's a little expensive for what it was, but I still enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is about an hour away from downtown Seattle during high traffic time, but about 15 minutes driving at other times.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Don't recommend"
I would not recommend anyone stay here. When we arrived they said we had already checked in earlier that day, and realized they had checked someone else in under my name. Then changed our reservation to stay one night when I had already paid for 3 nights. When we finally got to our room half the ceiling is laying on the floor in the doorway, so we had […] to get another room. We ordered room service for breakfast one morning and we were very disappointed because our omlets were tiny and we were also charged for 2 sides of toast that should have been included... I had to call down and get the charge removed, that was suprisingly very simple. The one plus was Tully's, They were awesome and very nice.
