Seattle’s Eastside is one of America’s most affluent areas. Multimillion-dollar estates on Lake Washington are home to a few billionaires, including Bill Gates. With its concentration of finance and tech firms, downtown Bellevue's skyline rivals that of Seattle. The Eastside has several corporate headquarters, Microsoft, Nintendo of America, and Eddie Bauer.

It was easy to find and access. Come on, though, paying for overnight parking? Should have been included in the room rates.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Perfect"
This hotel was perfect for my business trip. The Tully's coffee bar was wonderful in the morning. The gym was very clean and had plenty of things to do. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were wonderful after a long day. The bar was beautiful and filled with well dressed and I treating people. I loved it!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice Rooms, Very accomidating staff"
This hotel would get a 5 in all areas except for a couple little quirks. The rooms are nice, each with a sliding glass door and a private balcony, the restaurant has great food at reasonable prices. The building itself looks slightly dated, but they keep the lobby and hallways impeccably clean, location is great. I Love that they have a shuttle that […] will take you downtown and pick you up, big perk for me! The one thing that bugged me is that we called the front desk to as if housekeeping could come in while we stepped out for breakfast and they said housekeeping does't start work until 10 on Sundays, then I open the door to leave and they are right across the hall! We just asked housekeeper herself and she was kind enough to come in right away. The prior weekend, housekeeping showed up at 3PM and just walked in the room while I was half dressed without knocking, eventhough I had asked the front desk to have them come in the morning. If you want housekeeping to come at certain time, find the housekeepers themselves and just ask, they are very friendly, but front desk has no idea where they are or what they are doing. "Almost perfect"
I was supposed to have a hotel room in downtown Seattle during peak summer season, but the reservation got messed up, so I scrambled for a room at the last minute. Found this online and was glad to have it though it's 10 minutes from downtown. Room was clean, decor nice, very comfortable. It's not a five-star place, but it doesn't have a five-star price […] either. My only complaint is regarding the breakfast served when I was there. It was $20 for the breakfast buffet, but the selection was minimal on the day I was there. Plan to have breakfast elsewhere and you'll be set to go. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again - I'd simply plan to eat elsewhere. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Hilton Bellevue"
I checked in at ~8pm and went out to dinner without going to my room. I requested 2 keys, but the counter agent promised my key would work so I really only needed 1 key. When I got to my room at 1:45am my key didn't work. I found a hotel employee and asked him to look into it. He said that the light code on the lock indicated that I was already in the […] room. The front desk even told him (over the radio) that they showed me as being in my room. What? it took 20 minutes before they decided that I indeed was not in my room and that there was a problem with the lock. So they got me another room. The time is now 2:05am. I entered the room and it was ~90 degrees in the room. I asked the hotel employee to check the thermostat for me. He did and said it should cool off in 10 mintues or so. Well, it didn't. So at ~2:20am I call the front desk and they sent up another person (another 10 minutes pass before he arrives). He told me to turn off the AC/Heater altogether and just open the sliding glass door so that the noise from I-405 could be heard as if you were sleeping in the median. Obviously this was not a good option for someone needing to be at a customer site at 9am the next morning, but at 2:30am I ended up leaving the sliding glass door open so I could at try and get some sleep. I will not be taying at this hotel ever again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"No internet!!"
I was surprised to find out that there is no free internet. Even smaller hotels are giving it for free now, so I was surprised that Hilton was charging $14.95 per day for internet.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Needs major improvement"
Availbility of staff and response time, or it is understaffed, shower faucet broken and tub not clean no sanitary strip on toilet to indicate it was cleaned, slow maid service on the weekend room not cleaned on sat. until 2:00 pm. The restaurant great and staff outstanding as well as good food , breakfast is what makes it.Genuine Expedia guest review

"No free wifi"
This hotel feels like it's aging a bit, but overall it was pretty nice and quiet with friendly staff. Be aware that there is no free wifi, which can be a problem for business travelers on a budget.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good location when needin gto get around bellevue"
The hotel itself was great. The breakfast in the hotel resturant on the other hand, not so much. We gave ourselves an hour to eat and get to an event. What we really needed was like 1 1/2-2 hrs. The food was super greasy and not very warm. Then on top of it we were over charged for things(different price than what was on the menu). The waitress had […] very poor customer service skills and didnt even offer to correct the price difference.. Not very impressed. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice hotel but will ask more questions next time."
The hotel is nice however, I booked a King room and received a room with 2 doubles. Why? My room also came with breakfast vouchers which I had no idea I needed until I went to the breakfast buffet and was asked to present one. I received them after going to the front counter and asking for them.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Convenient and comfortable"
The Hilton Bellevue is a large hotel and well located to downtown Bellevue. The bar is convenient for late meals. Their kitchen is open until 11pm and prices are fair. The food is very nice. Both salads and pastas. My room was very large and with an incredible view of Bellevue. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel but I made use of the Tilly's coffee […] shop located on the ground floor. An easy way to grab breakfast on the way to work. I enjoy walking, so the 10 minute morning walk to the office in downtown Bellevue was a very easy and pleasant one. I did use their shuttle service sometimes to go downtown and to pick me up from a store 1 mile from the hotel. That's a very handy service and free of charge. I'll go to Bellevue every quarter in 2012 and I intend to always stay at the Hilton. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
