Seattle’s Eastside is one of America’s most affluent areas. Multimillion-dollar estates on Lake Washington are home to a few billionaires, including Bill Gates. With its concentration of finance and tech firms, downtown Bellevue's skyline rivals that of Seattle. The Eastside has several corporate headquarters, Microsoft, Nintendo of America, and Eddie Bauer.

Blankets hadn't been washed and had food on them. The phone was broken. The tea packet had been opened and there seemed to be spring break going on (even though it is the beginning of Dec)Genuine Expedia guest review

"Worst Service I've Ever Experienced"
For this being a Hilton, I was expecting a great stay. However, the staff was extremely rude when we arrived for check-in. Not only did they not have a room ready for us when promised, they also would not make eye contact with us which was more than frustrating. Once we finally got into our room, it seemed very old and needed some serious updating. […] The bathroom was dirty (there were hairs that weren't ours on the floor and in the shower). There was a stain on our sheets. We alerted management of these two things, and he said he'd have housekeeping clean the room when they came in to clean the next day. Well, after the next day's cleaning, the stained sheets were still there, and the hairs were still in the shower! We stayed for 3 nights, and they didn't clean the bathroom until the 3rd day when we called and complained about the cleanliness again. The sheets were never changed. They just made the bed every day. There were other factors that bothered us, but I'm sure they would not have bothered us as much had we not had such a terrible experience at check-in...the mattresses were so uncomfortable that my husband slept on the floor a couple of nights. The hair dryer didn't work. The coffee maker didn't always work. There were only two towels in a room that sleeps 4 people. They didn't offer a continental breakfast. Overall, it was just a terrible experience. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Don't recommend"
I would not recommend anyone stay here. When we arrived they said we had already checked in earlier that day, and realized they had checked someone else in under my name. Then changed our reservation to stay one night when I had already paid for 3 nights. When we finally got to our room half the ceiling is laying on the floor in the doorway, so we had […] to get another room. We ordered room service for breakfast one morning and we were very disappointed because our omlets were tiny and we were also charged for 2 sides of toast that should have been included... I had to call down and get the charge removed, that was suprisingly very simple. The one plus was Tully's, They were awesome and very nice. We went for my birthday weekend and this hotel basically ruined this trip for us. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"NASTY!!"
I've been traveling for a long time, I really hadn't expected HILTON hotel to be in that condition. That hotel was horrific for my experience! Dusty, dark and dingy. That hotel was awful and nasty. Find somewhere else to stay that's clean and modern. Do not stay this hotel whatever you do.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hilton Bellevue"
I checked in at ~8pm and went out to dinner without going to my room. I requested 2 keys, but the counter agent promised my key would work so I really only needed 1 key. When I got to my room at 1:45am my key didn't work. I found a hotel employee and asked him to look into it. He said that the light code on the lock indicated that I was already in the […] room. The front desk even told him (over the radio) that they showed me as being in my room. What? it took 20 minutes before they decided that I indeed was not in my room and that there was a problem with the lock. So they got me another room. The time is now 2:05am. I entered the room and it was ~90 degrees in the room. I asked the hotel employee to check the thermostat for me. He did and said it should cool off in 10 mintues or so. Well, it didn't. So at ~2:20am I call the front desk and they sent up another person (another 10 minutes pass before he arrives). He told me to turn off the AC/Heater altogether and just open the sliding glass door so that the noise from I-405 could be heard as if you were sleeping in the median. Obviously this was not a good option for someone needing to be at a customer site at 9am the next morning, but at 2:30am I ended up leaving the sliding glass door open so I could at try and get some sleep. I will not be taying at this hotel ever again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
