Decided to stay here because of the location was convinient. Gentleman at the reception desk was nice and explained details on how to get to the room. Elevators are not secure, anyone can use them, they do not require a key to operate. (Was a little on the defensive side every time I used it.) keep in mind this is a motel, so all the room are accessible […] from the outside of the hotel. If your lucky not to have rowdy neighbors your fine, but if you do, then you can hear them outside your door having fun. Since I was really only using the room as a rest stop, I loved that it was right in the expressway and there is a Denny's right next door. The rooms are fairly clean, BUT we noticed that the restroom ha not been thoroughly cleaned by housekeeping. We saw bodily hair all over the floor and in the tub. :/ yuck!!! And the shower was draining slowly. But like I mentioned, the convinient location and the fact that all other hotels were booked, was why I choose to stay here. Read more

The hotel room was very dirty, including the bathroom. my sister and I both supposedly got upgrades. She had a nce huge room, 3 beds and a couch. My upgrade consisted of adding a fridge. Her room was also much cleaner. I also tried to check out 1 night earlier tnan planned, and the desk clerk seemed to have a lot of difficulty understanding that. I […] had to repeat several times, "no, I came in on the 4th and out on the 6th". The answer was then "so you want it for 4 nights". No, just 2. La Quinta is showing its age. It is clean but paint is peeling, rails are rotting, flooring is curling, carpet is spotted. The staff is great but they only have so much to work with. A totally unwelcome surprise is the thumping music, roaring engines and squealing tires on Friday night. There is a car show every Friday evening at the neighboring shopping […] center and until 10:30pm or so it is not fun to be on the South side of the hotel. It shut down promptly at 10:00pm but participants stayed around unofficially till about 10:30. The staff was great when we had issues with our room and the housekeepers were thorough but we won't stay there again until it remodels and then only on the North side. Great price and great location if you are going to Schlitterbahn, the Riverwalk or the Natural Bridge Caverns or Wildlife Safari Park. The only thing I didn't like was that the microwave and the mini fridge were not plugged in and they couldn't really reach the outlet in the wall. Besides, who wants a fridge that is not already cold.

When I made the reservation, I was told the room would have a microwave and fridge. When I got I there, none of the rooms with microwaves and fridges were available. Other than that, we had a nice stay.

Hotel was okay. Breakfast was as expected for continental. Room was not very clean. Bathroom had mold on shower curtain. Much nicer hotel if it were kept much cleaner!

As the other reviews stated... This was surprisingly a good quality motel for the price. When I arrived I asked to make sure that my room included a fridge and microwave. The gentleman stated that it did not, but immediately changed me into a room that did w/o any hassle. It was very clean (except for a hair on the bathroom floor) and the beds were […] comfortable. The smell of the room wasn't the best, but the worst was the pillow smell and pillow covers, you could tell they had not been changed, smelled like old sweat. I know, what could you expect for that cheap, right ?

Our room was very dirty. There were two full Denny's cups on the dresser, a razor on the bathroom sink, 2 complimentary cups full of water, one of them had a bar of soap in it. There was pee on the toilet, my mom had to clean it before she could sit down to use the bathroom. We filled up the trash can picking up stuff before we could unpack. Todo bien, pero en la informacion atravez de su pagina, decia que tenian videojuegos en la Tv; como en otros hoteles La Quinta que me he quedado.....pero en este no tenian, ya que decian acaban de cambiar todas las TV; Para mi era muy importante para entretener a mis hijos; El recepcionista no batallo y solo nos dijo; que me quejara en hotels.com;
