For business, I needed a nice hotel to get a good night sleep at before having to leave early in the morning. This hotel was great! The Hotel is under renovation, so the lobby was closed - no breakfast! But they gave me a voucher to eat at the diner next door, and it was VERY nice! My room was cozy and comfy, and very clean. The condition and cleanliness of the hotel is pretty good, considering the run-down industrial neighborhood. The noisy air-conditioning wall unit ruined it all. During my stay, it was 100+F and it was only a little less at night. I had to turn on the air-con but couldn't sleep due to the noise. I got up to turn it off, but it was too hot to fall asleep. […] Struggled the whole night, turning it on and off. The next whole day I was so tired. Never again. The waffle mix at breakfast was actually spoiled--it tasted sour.
