The safety lock on the door to our room was broken, and when I reported they did not replace it. The water pressure was very low in the shower which I also reported, but nothing was done. The room was neat and clean, the bed was good.Genuine Expedia guest review

We stayed 4 nights. It was in a good location--next to Bass Pro Shops and Sams Club. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Sofa in the lobby had large tears. Breakfast was okay but needed attention to wipe off counters, etc.Genuine Expedia guest review

I was not pleased with this hotel at all. No elevator. I requested downstairs room for both of my rooms for our entire stay. Both rooms were upstairs. The air went out in one room. They couldn't fix it. They told us just to move rooms. So In the middle of getting ready for my wedding we had to move everything. This hotel is your average economy hotel. Hotel could use a facelift. The blow dryer did not work in our room but when reported was fixed that day. The microwave did not work and was not repaired. "Minimalist experience"
I have stayed here several times over the last six years. It remains a convenient location, but the quality has fallen off considerably. Room was reasonably clean, but bed is more fitting for an old RV. Tissue and TP are third world quality.
