Very noisy. Carpeting was full of stains. Blanket had cigarette burns and was covered by another sheet. Shower was broken. Had to go and get bathroom paper. Spent 3 nights and the bed sheets were never replaced and the bed was never made except for what we did. Will not recommended or go back.

Except for the shower in the room, everything was satisfactory. The handheld shower leaked at the connection on the wall. There was absolutely no power to the spray. The overhead shower head only dribbled water even when the handheld shower was shut off!

Good value and location, but not true to what I paid for. Pulled in and asked about limo shuttle. Front desk said "go settle in and call us later- no problem!". Got to room: tv, cable, heater, phone, all unplugged. Took heater 15 minutes to turn on. Phone completely dead. Finally went over to lobby to see about shuttle again and found the shuttle was […] "overbooked" and would not be available for an hour at least. Had to take own car to casino. Got back to room around midnight, found bathroom empty of toilet paper! No extra rolls! Couldnt call front desk since our phone was dead!! No faceloths in bathroom or even a bath mat. 2 bath towels and that was it. Overall very disappointed in quality of this room and service. We stayed because we had tickets for a comedy show at Foxwoods. Didn't know they had Lilmo service until 3am. A real stretch limo! Recommended donation for fare. $5 for Foxwoods and $10 for Mohegan Sun each way per person. About the same I give a valet anyway. Nice room, Tempu-pedic bed was very nice. Have fun when you go!!

We wanted someplace to celebrate our 11th wedding anniversary. I booked a smoking room with a whirlpool that would benefit our bodies. That was the biggest feature we were looking forward to. After reading some of the previous reviews of this facility, I was reluctant to book. However, the price and location were right. The bed was a super comfy memory foam and the room was very clean. The Foxwoods Casino is minutes away on a very direct route. I will definitely stay here again!

After the first night, everything was great. We had a room where the limo service was outside of our room. Was rather noisy, but the following two nights were great. I would stay there again, but would want a room away from the lobby or not book for a Saturday night.

We have stayed at Cedar Park Whirlpool Suites twice and both times were impressed with the place. The staff are very nice and all the beds are Tempur-Pedic and VERY comfortable! It's not the fanciest place, but it's clean, comfortable and close to Foxwoods! (Much cheaper than staying at Foxwoods.) Stayed here for a quick one night getaway because it's fairly close to the RI beaches. The place itself was fairly quiet and seemed built to code, could have been a nice place if only it was clean. Upon check in, there was dirt on the floor, previous guests spare change lying around, food crumbs on the tables and floor, old coffee cups and plastic ware […] left out on the porch, trash in the restroom and a medical-grade cotton swab lying next to the trash can in the bedroom. I politely asked the clerk at the desk to have the room cleaned, since it was obvious that the linens were changed but not much else was done, and we were heading out for a few hours. He said it was supposed to have been cleaned but that he would take care of it. When we returned, nothing had been done. Since it was late I didn't pursue action, we really only needed a place to sleep for one night, and I have been in worse places. However, for the price paid, we should have felt comfortable to use the facilities in the room, which we were not. The shower seemed clean-ish, but had no water pressure. Literally a trickle. We did not dare try the whirlpool in place that hadn't even been swept. Overall, I would not stay there again, and cannot recommend it due to the poor cleanliness. If the staff took up responsibility and took care of the place, it could be very nice someday. Read more

The room was very spacious and quiet. The air conditioner worked great. I wish I could say the same for the jets in the tub. Only half of them worked properly. More pillows would have also been nice. Otherwise the stay was what my husband and I expected.

I chose this hotel because it was close to Mohegan Sun and, according to the pictures on the site, it looked nice. The Deluxe room we were given was dirty, it was the kind of room you walk into and say "I'm not staying here!". We had paid a luxury price for this room that looked like a $19.95 room. We complained to the front desk and they offered us […] the Luxury suite. Again, same condition. We told them we were not staying and wanted our money back. All told, our experience at the hotel was fine. A few things deserve mentioning, however: 1) The bed was in the middle of the room, right in front of the door. Just an odd location. 2) The television reception was terrible, sporadic, and generally regrettable. I don't choose hotels for their TV entertainment, but it's nice to have something to watch […] before bed or while waking up in the morning that doesn't look like one is peering at it through a snow storm. At one point, the only decent program on had audio sync issues (~5 seconds!) such that it made it impossible to watch. 3) General maintenance needed. (a) carpet had bleach stains. (b) heated toilet seat began to smoke from the power switch when plugged into the wall. (c) bathroom sink stopper-lever was missing pull knob at the top 4) Electric outlets! There were three, all but one slot filled with lamp/clock/fridge plugs. To charge a cell phone, computer, or what have you, an item needed to be unplugged given that the open outlet would not hold a phone charger -- the bathroom outlet was an alternative, but an undesirable one. 5) All staff was pleasant, but possessed a variable level of interest in customers. Upon check out, a man who appeared to be the manager was very eager to give me breakfast items. No other employee had mentioned the continental breakfast, nor did they seem very interested upon his request to give information about the breakfast. They appear busy, and while pleasant with customers, do not go out of their way to provide over-and-above service. This may be fine with you; it was with me. Our experience with the hotel was fine. Seeing the other clientele leads me to believe that it is a popular destination for those coming into town to go to Foxwoods casino. Were we to take the trip again, I would look around for other places more suitable to a quiet weekend away from home, but I have nothing awful to say about Cedar Park. Read more

We booked a room and upon check-in realized that the whirlpool tub did not work. Every room was supposed to have one of these tubs so I spoke to management and asked to be moved to a new room with a working whirlpool tub or for a rate discount. They refused to do either, did not even apologize, and instead told me that the Delux rooms don't have a whirlpool […] tub. This is completely false. Their website clearly says the Delux room comes with a whirlpool tub. The room was tiny and cramped and tv stopped working on the second night too. It was literally like staying in a cheap budget motel. I have to say that I DO NOT recommend this place. Read more

Staff was friendly and helpful. They offer limo service to Foxwoods, and there is a short drive to Mystic and Westerly. The room was on the small side but very clean and the whirlpool tub was great. Bed was comfortable, and linens were clean. Great room for the price.

This is a great hotel, full of family charm. It's simple, but the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in at a hotel. All the rooms have jetted tubs and they offer free limo transportation to and from the local casino's. They also offer complimentary refreshments in the late afternoon and breakfast in the morning.
