The hotel staff was outstanding. The concierge was very helpful in making suggestions for tours and in making the arrangements. The food in the restaurants was great and reasonably priced. "Convenient Location - Great Hotel"
The hotel is approaching 25 years old now, so it's not state-of-the-art, but it's still quite lovely inside with its atrium design. The staff are friendly and Knuckles Bar serves some excellent pub food and decent cocktails. "Weekend stay for class reunion"
My stay was pleasant but didn't get enough sunlight through the balcony facing the atrium. Not enough light to get ready in the morning bec I had to close the drapes since I had all the lights on. Close to airport and their shuttle runs every 10 minutes.Three very good resturants.Only complaint is I booked about 5 months out a king room but when checking in was told king rooms sold out.Then was given a queen room,nice,but as far as you could get from elevator and its a big hotel with very long hallways.Genuine Expedia guest review
