Room offered for a family of 4, which was ok for only a 1 night stay, but two double beds is to small for 2 adults and 2 children of 11 and 13. The overall service (luggage, valet) was good, the Receptionist very kind, offered spontanously free Internet (sincerely, I think that should be so in any hotel nowadays). Decent hotel, hyatt standards. Its not the Ritz but its nice. Bed was uncomfortable but its a hotel so that's to be expected (was a normal hotel mattress, not exceptionally bad). "Very good airport hotel"
This is a very nice airport hotel. The inner rooms overlook the atrium, which I personally found claustrophobic because there's no view to the outside. The hotel was very accommodating about moving me to an outside room, though. We stayed in this hotel for a couple of days, it was great. It's located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, which I personally prefer. Less than 5 minutes drive to San Francisco airport and about 15 minutes drive to San Francisco downtown. This was a very comfortable hotel to use. The staff were super cooperative and friendly and the hotel was welcoming. But, there is only one bank of elevators and our room was as far from them as you could go. What a hike. Aerobic, so you don't have to use the gym, but taking our lugged down was a hassle. "Park'N'Fly is the reason to stay here"
We requested a smoking room and were told that one would be ready in 30 minutes. We were also told that the desk clerk would bring our keys to the snack bar where we were waiting. After an hour, we went back to the front desk and were told that the room was ready. "Ideall for an early start from SFO"
We needed a hotel for one night before an early flight out of SFO. The hotel proved ideal for us - it was a 10 minute ride in the courtesy shuttle to the airport (at 4:30 am anyway) and we discovered that we could return our Hertz hire car at the hotel rather than take it back to the airport which was extremely convenient as we had rather alot of luggage.
