"quick visit, but nice place"
Although I didn't get to use the amenities, this was a great place to stay. I didn't mind the 3rd floor (no elevator) location, but some might. I felt like I was on a mini-vacation, even though I was there for work. The grounds were beautiful, and the workout room was great! Hope to stay there again soon.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Perfect for biz trip"
This place is cool. Used while attending a seminar. Left about 6:AM & returned about 9:PM everyday. I only slept & showered there, but my experience was really good. Full kitchen, dining table, coffee pot, fridge. Only thing I used was the coffee pot. This place is a time share, so it's a little diffrent. They didn't clean the rooms like a hotel. "Not all it's cracked up to be"
We spend a lot of time in the Phoenix area doing solar installations , and this was our first stay here . There was a special going on , so we paid about half of thier going rate , which looked great on paper . The room looked great on the site and even better when we got there . However , we had some issues that kept us from rebooking there this week […] . First off , they charge extra for wifi access in the rooms , which actually made up the difference of our savings from our regular hotel , and then some . The ceiling fan in my room was out of balance and made too much noise to leave on when I went to bed . The air conditioner sounded like a frieght train was going by my room , when it kicked on . This made sleeping through the night impossible , everytime it kicked on I woke up , and then faught to get back to sleep . This was brutal , since I have to get up at 4:00 am for work . I can't even imagine spending a vacation like that . I'm sure that my experience was more the exception than the rule ...... but , be forewarned . "very happy with our stay"
We had a studio, which was a queen bed plus sofa bed. Having the kitchen was helpful. They have two computers available for guest use in the common area, plus free laundry. The only problem we faced was the temperature in the pool and the hot tubs. The pool was too cold, and both of the hot tubs were scalding. We didn't use either of them. The concierge […] only tried once to talk us into a timeshare presentation, and she stopped harrassing us when we told her that we had no time in our schedule. We did have to be very firm that we were not interested, but there was only that one solicitation. Overall, we were very happy. If we ever return to Phoenix, we'd likely stay there again. "Best Place on the Planet for Business or Pleasure"
People complain about the sparse house keeping schedule (once every 4 days) I found this added an extra degree a privacy for both a business focus as well as for couples, since there was never the 10 o'clock house keeping knock. The place was immaculate with all one might need. blenders, microwaves, fridge, all spotless and like new.If one needs towels […] the front desk provides them. A compressor blew on the A/C the night before checkout and they swiftly changed my room, even sending a helper girl to move everything. Because the pool and some buildings were under construction, the deli was only open on weekends til 4 p.m. and not at all through the week. This provided an inconvenience for those without cars because the walking distance at 120 degrees isn't exactly walking distance. I take this to be a symptom of the construction underway and not the usual. Although each room has a DVD player, there's a 3.00 charge for those in the well stocked collection available. I was glad it was an option. It was a very comfortable stay. For quiet privacy, get a room facing the parking lot and the open field (on the other side of the pool).
