Indoor pool and hot tub/spa were closed for season yet advertised as open,air conditioner in room would not cool and would stay on even when turned to the run fan on option,air filter was clogged and dirty.i was on a trip three weeks before and stayed at another hotel this was supposed to be equally rated hotel with same amenities but ten dollars cheaper, […] I should have spent the extra ten. "Good for the money"
Good hotel for the money. Rooms were clean. The guy at the counter at check-in was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was good. Wifi was actually high speed. Lots of food and entertainment close by. I'll stay there again next time I'm in town.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Wear Shower Shoes!"
My room was not properly cleaned or maintained. The water in the shower had a constant drip and could not be fixed that night. The shower was BLACK with dirt and mold. I was not the only one with this issue. When I checked out the lady infront of me complained that the toliet was not cleaned and the shower was dirty. What made me really mad was the […] desk clerk said all she could say was "sorry, maybe next time, there is nothing I can do." Think she hears it daily. OH and if you are in to exhibitionism this is the place. The curtains do not clsoe all of the way. Lucky I had duck tape in my truck to maintain some privacy. "Quality Inn"
I paid more for this hotel than 3 or 4 other competitor hotels nearby. This is an old tired property that seems to be from the 1960s'. The only offered two double and no Queens or Kings.
