"Small Rooms Big Price"
The rooms were very small and the price was very high. The people at the front desk were not very friendly or accomodating. The location and the comfortable bed was about all this hotel had going for itself. I generally choose Best Westerns because of the value and the comfort level of the beds. "Did NOT meet expectations !"
We specifically asked for 2 beds and paid for 2 beds and when we arrived we were put in a room with 1 bed . Then told that they see we reserved 2 beds but all the rooms were full so we would have to use a fold up bed- EXTREMELY uncomforable and short... We specifically asked upon reservation if we could rent movies in the room- we were told yes and […] that night after dinner we went to rent a movie - and that feature was not availble . We also asked the operator about how close the hotel was to the 2 locations we were visiting and the hotels was not within walking distance like we were told !
