The iconic Space Needle is at Seattle Center, a two-minute monorail ride from downtown. Both train and tower were built for the 1962 World’s Fair. The Seattle Center offers opera, ballet, and theater, as well as the Key Arena, the Pacific Science Center, and Experience Music Project. Nearby, the nine-acre Olympic Sculpture Park offers respite amid a waterfront view of the Olympic Mountains.

"It's a good cheap place to stay"
For my stay in Seattle this was a good affordable place to stay close to some good eats and great coffee. The staff was fine nothing special but courteous. The room was nice and very spacious. The towels in the bathroom were hard as rocks though and the shower/ tub got the floor very wet if you weren't careful. I thought it was strange that there was […] a stove and a microwave but no coffee maker. But overall great if you just need a place to come back to and rest up before venturing out into Seattle. "Bad customer service from hotel manager"
The hotel was disappointing to say the least. Don"t expect much from this establishment and you won"t be let down. Room was outdated and in need of updating badly. The manager was not helpful when I made a request for a view of Space Needle. Called ahead to make a request on file days ahead of arrival, and still gave away my room. Even tough we got there […] at 11:00am that day. I would not stay here in the future and would not recommend this place to stay at. Noise level and price of hotel were rediculous. Great place and location at a very reasonable rate. Building is old, (stained carpets) but generally clean and pretty quiet, given that it is in a busy urban neighborhood. Wonderful outdoor courtyard. Ideal location, across from Seattle Center, in Queen Anne neighborhood. This was our second time as guests, and we'd return and recommend to others.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Quaint old hotel with character"
Lots of character, a very old hotel. Not worth the money but the area of town it was in was pretty fun. Small, old kitchette, leaky ceiling in closet leaked on my clothes during the rains. But attentive staff. Walked up three flights of small stairs to get to room. Cool location, and pretty exterior.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Inn at Queen Anne"
Great location, however, there is no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage you should request a 1st floor room. Rooms aren't that big but at least they have a kitchenette. Surrounding neighborhood has several great places to eat or grab a drink and the grocery store was only 1 block away.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"No Parking, Noisy"
This hotel is in a vary old building that has a strong musty smell, that probably cannot be helped. The neighborhood is in downtown Seattle, close to space needle, within walking distance of EMP, and just a short drive to Seattle Art Museum and Pike Place Market. The neighborhood is very noisy, think sirens all night, didn't get much sleep between that […] and the horribly uncomfortable beds. I went to Seattle on business, did not have my kids with me, thankfully. I didn't mind the hotel too bad, despite the smell and discomfort factor, but the deal breaker is that parking is an additional $15 for the day. We used the 8pm to 8am free street parking, then moved the car to a cheaper lot in the morning. The hotel staff is very friendly, however. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"It'll Do in a Pinch"
You may find the Inn at Queen Anne charming if you like old buildings, but I didn't enjoy my stay at all. The bed was old, and not at all comfortable. The shower head was too low and the water pressure was weak. The Internet worked for a total of three minutes. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance, which was a nice perk. The room […] was relatively cheap. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Great location; old world ambience; wonderful, friendly staff. Parking is extra and interesting. So, it's not super fancy but the Inn at Queen Anne, all things considered, is a good value. I would definitely stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"An accomodating Seattle Center stay!! Inn at Quee"
Interesting and convenient location for Seattle center events, also for varied and decent restaurants. hotel is older building, so don't expect too much, but it is very accomodating and cleanGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"clean but small"
This hotel is older. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the location is close to downtown. But the rooms are really small, tiny even. And the noise outside either woke us early (garbage collector) or kept us up (partying). The rates are reasonable but definitely a place for students or those on a strict budget.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"cool Hotel, but old"
personable personnel, and quante hotel. Carpet is a bit old and the bathrooms show their age.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good Place to stay"
Its a great little convenient place. Free coffee and internet were a huge factor for me. It was extremely clean. The in-room kitchen(stove, microwave, fridge, sink and dishes) was real nice to have when your in town for a while or want to store healthy snacks or left-overs. The building is very old and aged beauty - It could use a little restoration […] to the original period. For example the the bathroom walls had visible poor surfaces with many years of patched and water stains on the ceiling and cheap linoleum floors. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable and my neck was killing after a few days. I would stay there again -Overall nice place Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Great location"
It's all you need and nothing more. Clean. Enuff space. The front desk help - I met three of them - were all very friendly and helpful. Not a place to stay if you're looking for anything fancy. It's spartan, but is exactly what a hotel needs to be if you don't plan on spending much time in it. Great neighborhood.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hotel like Dante's Inferno"
This was like stay9ing in a sauna. Even with the heat off and the air conditioning on high in winter with 40 degree temperatures outside, the room temperature was between 85 and 100 degrees. Activating the phone was chaotic and the phone charges were ridiculous. Staff could not make simple arrangements for getting a taxi.Genuine Expedia guest review
"A bit hot and Stair Filled"
I have to say, my first reaction was "OH wow - studio apartment!" My room was a cute little studio with a walk in closet, kitchenette, and nice bathroom (although the ceiling had a bad plaster redo). It reminded me of a graduate dorm room. There were two problems though - the heat couldn't be adjusted (like my college dorms) and the room was way way […] too hot (like my college dorms). The place also took stairs to a new level. I knew it wasn't handicaper accessible, but trying to get my luggage up their stairs wasn't pleasant. It was several steps up the outside, several steps up the inside, and then only a stairwell to access other floors. So... overall, it was cute and had all the amenities I could want. Totally clean, if a very worn. I just really really with I could have turned down the temp. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Inn at Queen Anne, Seattle, WA"
I love Queen Anne neighborhood, this hotel is quite conveniently located and has inexpensive secure parking available with in/out priveleges. I prefer soft beds, which are uncommon in hotels, and this bed is REALLY HARD. I made up a row of pillows and slept on that. Much better but not a very good night's rest.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Inn at Queen Anne-good location, lousy hotel"
The hotel is super run-down, not cared for or updated. Rooms smell bad as if they haven't been properly cleaned, just covered up with air freshener, no headboards on the beds, stained and old carpets, just really bad. But the staff is quite pleasant, and does what they can under the circumstances.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Excellent find in Seattle"
Seattle is a lovely city, and I personally recommend Inn at Queen Anne for travelers looking to save money without sacrificing convenience. The rooms are simple and clean, feature mini kitchens - alas, are somewhat noisy. Over all, 3 out of 5 stars.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Inn at Queen Ann - Serious shortcomings"
I was extremely disappointed with the room I got at this hotel. I was under the impression that the rooms in this hotel were well appointed, including a kitchenette. My room ridiculous. A queen bed on metal frame was right under windows that looked out on courtyard. So in the daytime I had to choose between light and privacy. There was a little window […] AC unit, but the polyester curtains hung down in front of it, so at night I had to choose between air and darkness in the room -- open curtains = air + streetlights. The curtains came right down to the pillows, so I had to pull the bed away from the wall. There were no lamps in the room anywhere, just one overhead light bulb in a ceiling fan. There was no chair in the room at all, though there was a desk. I asked for a chair and got one. This place might be good for backpacking tourists, but I was looking for someone to stay while in town for meetings. Not good. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Old timey charm in fantastic location"
I stay here often. The building is old in both the position and negative senses. The style is cute and charming, but there is no elevator and the doors use real keys. There is a lovely little outdoor courtyard garden area with tables and chairs. Every room has a kitchenette. The location is fantastic: safe, lively neighborhood with lots of good coffee […] shops, restaurants, a great record store, very good grocery store, a block from the Seattle Center, convenient to downtown and the waterfront. One of the best prices in town too. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Up to your taste."
It's true that the building is rather old, facilities are little tired, and being in somewhat noisy location. But the room and linens are clean, central heating system is sufficiently warm, provides hot shower rapidly, and walk-in closet is large enough. To those who love newest fashion and highest convenience, I don't recommend this hotel. However, […] to whom likes old-fashioned historical building, who can endure little inconvenience with reasonable price, or likes soaking in the bathtub as Japanese like me, here would be a good choice. The room, however, is too dark to make some paperwork at night for business passenger like me. The AC outlets are limited in number, supposedly because of historical building. I bought the extension line for AC, and a table lamp by myself, since I stayed here for a month. For business passengers, it may be a good idea to bring your own.
