This was the last of several hotels me and my partner stayed in while in Seattle. Overall, my experience of Seattle and the US was very good and I was impressed with the level of service provided everywhere we went..apart from this hotel. When we arrived to check in we had to wait at least 15 minutes while the only member of staff at reception answered […] the phone to many other customers. They seem more concerned about making new bookings than actually bothering with people once they have your money. We checked in around 6 and as we went to our room passed dirty dishes and trays from room service we were not given the best welcome. However, this only got worse when the same dirty dishes were still unmoved when we came back from the space needle and walking around town at around 11 o'clock!!!! Before checking out we also found moldy food under the chair in our room. I would not recommend this hotel for any reason other than how close you are to the space needle. I know we were early but we waited in the lobby for 4 hours. It seemed like we were putting them out. Will NOT stay or recommend this hotel. And how does a hotel NOT have a SWIMMING POOL. Did not like and will not use this hotel again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Stay elsewhere in Seattle"
This is a used up hotel that needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The facility is just old and worn out and needs to be replaced. Deffinatly not worth the price chargedGenuine Expedia guest review
"thought i was geting view"

"a real yukee dump waiting to be demolished"
The only o.k.thing about this hote is the location close to the space needle and the price. It is i dire need of maitenance. Our windows opened over the dumpsters. Everything, upholstery, careting, blankets, needs to be replaced and looks dirty and dated. Still not sure how the word "executive" fit in the name.
