I love the Westin Seattle. It is a bit of a splurge and worth every dime. Comfy beds, pillows, sheets, great views, and close to shopping, the Monorail, Link, and walking distance to Pike Place.

While visiting Seattle, The Westin was central location downtown and an easy walk to the markert, one block to monorail and the light rail. Great quality hotel but is pricey.

I thought the hotel was overpriced. Nothing was included in the price, we had to pay extra for internet, parking and the use of the fridge. The hotel in the common areas is a bit dated as well. I wouldn't stay here again. I found it to be a bit impersonal. I think I would choose a smaller hotel next time.

Everyone was very accomodating, although I had a difficult time understanding the young lady who first attempted (upgraded room was not ready) to check me in. I had to ask her to repeat (several times) her description of SPG benefits and directions to the tram (then went to Concierge and asked again) She spoke very fast and was quiet. I booked a deluxe […] room with a view and was disappointed to find that I ended up with a "blocked" view of the Sound. The first time I stayed in this hotel, I had a beautiful view of the Space Needle when booking a "view" room so expected an upgraded view room to be better. It wasn't and I had to wait for it to be cleaned as the regular view room would have been ready when I arrived. A disappointing upgrade! Read more

We loved this hotel! Nice rooms and excellent service! We paid extra to have a water view and it was worth it - our view was fabulous. Our favorite part of the stay was the concierge who was so knowledgable about Seattle and surrounding areas, and gave us great advice!

I thought the room was nice and the service was good but unfortunately when we went there was a conference going on which meant a 20-30 minute wait to get into an elevator to get back to the room. That may not seem bad but when there are four elevators you'd hope to see something in a more reasonable time. We were supposed to meet friends in the hot […] tub but in order to get there from the South Tower you have to go all the way to the bottom floor and to the other side of the hotel and go up the North Tower, which meant a 20-30 minute wait to get to the room following by another wait. Ended up not meeting up because you are not allowed to take the stairs from the 4th floor to the 5th floor for "security reasons". Not a pleasure. Read more

I was looking for a great downtown city experience and the Seattle Westin Hotel delivered. The hotel is located in the center of Seattle with easy walking distance to the major tourist attractions. The public transportation system in Seattle was excellent. This Westin is only a block from the heart of shopping and restaurants. The only drawback is the hotel itself is a little old and worn and could use some updates. Views are spectacular so make sure you ask for a room on a higher floor and ask for a water view. Overall, comfortable and convenient but not as nice as most Westin hotels.

Location is good if you are gonna stay all your trip at downtown seattle. Parking is too expensive as well as internet access. Rooms are ok, but be aware of not taking a room next to the elevators, there is a lot of noise.

The first thing you should know is to park at the garage that connects to the hotel to save money. It is owned by Impark and costs $22.00. Not all the elevators seemed to work and this caused for long delays in waiting. The longest time was over 10 minutes. The pictures on the website make the rooms look large and that is not the case at all. Beware […] of that. When we got to our room it was cleaned halfway. There was someone elses coat in the closet and no robes. There was two bath towels for four people. The view was nice, but price didn't comensate for lack luster I had expected. Read more

Hotel is very old and not well-maintained. There are plenty of other newer, nicer hotels in the area. Guest services wasn't able to accommodate simple requests. Rooms are very small and noisy. Decor of rooms is below average. I would hardly consider this a 4-star hotel.

I have stayed at numerous hotels in downtown Seattle to enjoy the night life. Getting a hotel downtown keeps my friends and I from getting DUI's. So this time we decided to try the Westin. What a terrible idea. We arrived decided to grab a quick drink in the lobby and order some apps. The calamari we ordered came just barley warm and tasted absolutely […] terrible. The shower in the room would not heat up at all. The elevators had huge lines waiting and were so slow. We had to track down a security guard to let us into the staircase to take the stairs to our room. The internet you had to pay for in your room. I have stayed at Westin's before and never had an experience like this. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Seattle. Go to The Mayflower Park or The Fairmont Olympic Hotel. Then go to El Gaucho or The Met for good service and food. Read more

Overall the hotel was mediocre. The hot tub was luke warm and very disappointing. The rooms were ok except for the temperature. The thermostat was turned all the way down to 65 and it was still so hot it was difficult to sleep. The room was also lacking in amenities. The Westin in Downtown Seattle is in the BEST loaction! It's within walking distance of all the sights. Everything is so close by and we didnt' have to take cabs to any of the sight seeing hot spots. It's also just a block away from the monorail stop that takes you to Seattle Center (Space Needle Location) in just 90 seconds! I onlyhad one small problem […] in my room...the bathroom light bulbs went out, but they came right up to fix it. The views of the city are incredible from this amazingly beautiful hotel. Other than the valet attendants, the service was mediocre and not at all up to the standard one would expect from a Westin. Every request required 3 calls. Worst of all, the day parking rate is a staggering $41 at self-parking. If you do decide to stay and park your car, there is a $25 / day parking rate on the other side of the hotel.

The only great thing about the Westin Seattle is its location. Everything else falls short of my expectation. By going "green", they've taken away everything you'd expect from a hotel. まずは良いところから...立地がとてもよい。近くにスーパーもあり、交通の便も◎。ウェストレイク駅に近いため、空港へも、スペースニードルにもユニオン湖へ行くにも便利だった。市街地の中心より少し外れるが、そこにも徒歩圏内だし、離れているから比較的静か。マイクプレイスマーケットにも近く良かった。またオーシャンビューの高層階に宿泊したが、眺めがgood。部屋も清潔だった。治安はそこまで悪くもないが、とても安全という感じでもなかった。夜中の一人歩きはやめた方がよさそう。良くなかったところは、連泊したが、掃除があまり行き届いていなかった。コーヒーメーカーが使用しっぱなしで、そのまま放置されていた。

시애틀의 아름다운 도시를 한눈에 볼 수 있다고 해서 이 호텔을 예약했습니다. 처음에는 스페이스 니들이 보이지 않는 위치의 30층 room을 배정해 주었을때는 너무 실망하였지만,, 리셉션에 스페이스 니들이 보이는 방으로 다시 배정해주길 말하니 38층의 스페이스의 니들이 바로 보이는 예쁜 방으로 다시 배정해주었습니다. 낮, 밤, 새벽에 바라본 시티뷰는 정말 너무나도 아름다웠습니다. 스페이스 니들에 올라가는 비용을 아껴서 이 호텔을 이용하기로한 저의 굿 초이스 였습니다. 예쁜 시애틀의 풍경을 한눈에 보고 싶으신 분들은 이 호텔을 이용하시면 좋을것 같습니다. 호텔 주변에 쇼핑센타, 나이키타운, 갭등 쇼핑할 곳도 많고 공항과 연결되는 […] 지하철이 바로 옆에 있고 호텔 바로 앞에는 drug도 있고 위치는 너무 좋습니다. 시애틀 호텔 주변의 홈리스들이 많아서 밤늦게 돌아다니지 않는것이 좋은것 같습니다.
