I was excited to stay at the Westin since I had never been there. Well, I arrived, and I got supposedly an upgrade which I thought was kind of cool. The room looked clean, it was small but was OK. However, I went to plug in the cel phone charger and when moved the nightstand there was a lot of garbage behind it. It was disgusting. I complained the next […] morning and all they did was send someone to clean. they didn't offer me anything, not even free parking or free internet. I didn't even get a cal from the management apologizing or anything. I also felt treated differently since I booked through Hotels.com rather than directly with them. I also now believe we get different rooms than other guests.
