The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great so close the to trolley for easy access around the city. My biggest complaint was that it was so very noisy inside the hotel. We had to switch rooms after the first night because we could hear EVERYTHING happening in the adjoining suit. Toilet flushing, water running, phone conversations, […] and nose blowing. Ridiculous. The next room was better ( no adjoining room) but you could still hear so much noise from the hallway. None of us slept a full night without interruption. "Convenient Location"

"Super duper New Years"
Despite booking through hotels.com, the staff was nice enough to upgrade the room to a water front view, so I got to watch the sail boats and sea planes come and go. All of the amenities, including the pool, gym, bar and restaurant, were quite nice. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, but perhaps a little over priced, as were the drinks at the bar.
