The room was ample, and the location was very good for University access. The beds were a bit too soft for our taste, but EACH bed had THREE DIFFERENT types of pillows, so we could each have our pick! Breakfasts were basic and filling if a bit commercial. "Close to the University of Washington"

University Inn is very conveniently located just five blocks west from University of Washington campus. Lots of fun places to shop and eat in between the hotel and campus. We loved being able to bring our two Westies with us! They had very comfy beds to sleep on provided by the Inn. "Clean, civilized port in storm for weary travelers"
Found this place using the hotels.com app. Tired and had to get off the road, and this place fit the bill wonderfully. Think high-end student accommodations converted to boutique hotel, and you get the flavor. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet, on the backside of the hotel overlooking the parking lot. I think my most favorite part of my stay here was the most wonderful, happy and welcoming staff!. The room was pretty basic. Very clean and comfortable room. Cute hotel near the UW campus. It was a little on the pricier range but affordable for the area. They offer free parking, but their little parking lot was full, so we ended up leaving our car on one of the street parking lots. The hotel offered a free breakfast, the choices were limited but yummy. Stayed for one night only-- cute little retro/rehabbed motor inn, nice lobby decor, decent breakfast included. We went to 3 Dr. appointments in 3 days and also brought our bicycles for touring around inbetween. The Univeristy Inn is close to the U of W. We can bike, take the shuttle bus, or walk. We were given a room on the 4th floor by the elevator. Every room should be wi-fi accessible but not ours (even though there's a sign in the room stressing this). I stayed in a small single bedroom for three nights. It was quite comfortable and clean. The hotel has a lap pool and you get access to the gym at a nearby hotel (Watertown). Each room has a keurig coffee maker and the hotel provides free breakfast in the morning and free coffee throughout the day. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. "Everything Perfect... almost."
Love this hotel. Love the location. Friendly Staff, Clean room. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the mattress. Large fluffly pillows, but one look at the bed made me think that the mattress may not be the best one i've slept on. I was right. There wasn't anything specific about it but it felt hard and I didn't have the most restful […] nights sleep the first night. Second night I didn't seem to notice.
