This Hotel has set a very high standard for me. Anything you need they are right there to help. Very clean and the "in" room coffee cups are Real cups!... not paper like we had at the Hyatt in Burlingame Ca. If you are planning to Fly into Seattle for a show or a Great meal at Wild Ginger, this should be your Hotel of choice. I would definitely recommend Hotel Andra. We stayed for the long weekend and it was a great location for exploring the city. Really loved the lobby fireplace and the restaurant next door as well.

Hotel was located very close to the shopping and Pike Market but still felt like we were in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Front desk staff were very friendly as well as the staff in the attached restaurant. Restaurant next door was very good as well. Would definitely stay here next time we are in Seattle.

Maybe I want too much but I do think I should be able to pee in my hotel room without having to use the box of Kleenex they offer. We had to call and ask for toilet paper twice. Maybe we pee more then normal people, I dont know. But having to call and ask for toilet paper is weird and wrong. Especially when you leave a tip for the people cleaning. The […] building is old so you can hear people talk and flush and the elevator is spooky. The people at the desk are friendly and greet you as you go in and out. Be prepared- If you select the cheapest room, it is the smallest thing you have ever seen. 2 people cannot fit. Also, if you're going to call yourself a 4-5 star hotel, don't nickel and dime guests with a 3.25 charge for "hotel andra mints". Location was great. NYTimes every morning-great. Other than that...

I come from Japan and always felt disappointed in the hotels in the state. Usually hotel here don't provide sippers, contacts solution, or basic things you could think of. But hotel Andra suprisingly provides a lot of thing. We stayed in the suite in this trip. Bed is very comfortable as the comments I read online. However, the really suprising service […] is that the lights by the bed was on and the radio played soft jazz music when we walked into the room. This is not a big deal but indeed let us felt the warmth of the hotel Andra. People in the hotel Andra are very frindly and always happy to help you in the direction. LOVE this hotel, very cozy and close to all things Seattle. The valet service on the other hand is so horrible. We sat and waited over twenty minutes for our car and a 35 a day for parking hire another attendant on fri, sat, and sun.
