Downtown Seattle stretches along Puget Sound from historic Pioneer Square in the south to trendy Belltown in the north. In between, office towers, shopping gallerias, and brick condos line the leafy avenues. The convention center is here, as is Pike Place Market, where salmon fly. Don't miss the futuristic main library. Seattle's twin stadiums and the International District lie south of downtown.

room was decent.. it just wasn't what we expected.. the room was very small.. the hotel seemed outdated and that they were trying to cover it up.. we got the executive king suite w the guaranteed view... we got a view of bed bath an beyond and top of a parking garage :/ but on a good note.. the location was great.. parking seemed outrageous, $30 for […] the night and we had to get te car by 3pm which cut our day short.. Nice people, good service, room was well-appointed. A little noisy, but not too bad. Beautiful view of the Space Needle.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location!"
The location is great, a short walk to the Link Rail, Pikes Place market, and Beltown restaurants. There's a great grocery store across the street that's open until 2am. Three of us were very comfortable in a double queen room. I would stay here again but would avoid the restaurant in the hotel. Its overpriced for the quality of food it puts out. "Not what we expected"
Friendly employees and comfortable beds. The television was blurry and the sauna did not work. The pool was quite small and cold. Very noisy location but that was to be expected in downtown Seattle. There were only two microwaves available for the whole hotel and the WiFi didn't seem to work for our ipad and phones. Our stay was disappointing after […] booking online. "Convenient Hotel for Enjoying Seattle"
Unexpected trip to Seattle had me on my phone looking for a hotel, The Warwick had an incredible mobile rate so I grabbed it. The hotel, room, and service was incredible. Great location, and very thankful the staff informed me of the light rail link from the airport. Saved me huge.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Needs new management."
The issue is that the management of this hotel has no clue what service is and doesn't take responsability for its errors. I had an issue, and I was completely amazed how they didn't help me at all and denied that they had any responsability.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great hotel!"
Great hotel in a great location! I had a beautiful view of the city from the 10th floor! I loved how the rooms had balconies. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Parking was a little steep but then again I was in the heart of downtown Seattle so it was worth it! Hotel was within walking distance from everything. "Good for the most part"
My experience started out rough. The computers were down during my check in, so there was a very long line and staff didn't really do anything to let us know what was going on or even apologize. When I got to my room, the bathroom was dirty and there was very loud construction out my window. I was woken up very early by continous loud banging my first […] morning. I called the front desk to ask for a change in room. They accomodated my request and switched me to a room that was clean and much quieter, thus the relatively good review. The end of my stay was quite nice. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Decent hotel for visiting downtown Seattle"
My stay at the Warwick was ok. I was put in a handicapped room which had no tub, so I asked to change right away. They didn't move me the first night, but did the second. The 3rd day they didn't get around to clean my room. The ladies at the desk were helpful and friendly, and always said hi when I came in . The door men usually were there to open the […] door. It was a shock to have to pay $30 a day for parking, and they had advertisements for less than that on a sign during one of my days there. The hotel was close to Pike Street Market and within walking distance to the Convention Center, so it was convenient. Overall it was a decent hotel. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Solid 3.5 to 4.0 star Hotel"
Very nice clean modern room. Significant step up from something like a Comfort Suites. 3.5 to 4.0 stars is the appropriate rating. Older hotel that has been updated. We have stayed there 3 or 4 times and had a couple lunches there. Only con is there is construction nearby or you might hear that or some traffic noise depending on your room location. […] Typical noises you get in a city hotel. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Fine place"
I was in Seattle for a conference. The hotel was fine, but there was construction across the street and at 4am on Saturday the builders decided to pour cement. The trucks were still rolling when I left around 9am. Good thing my body was on east coast time. Hopefully, the construction is nearing its end as the the hotel itself was a good choice for me […] and I wasn't really bothered by the construction during the week. "Look elsewhere..."
When we checked in, we were given a room that had a concrete wall directly outside the window. We weren't able to see outside the window. We went and asked for a room that we could see out the window -- they accommodated the request, which was nice. However, the rooms were dated. "satisfied in seattle"
Only complaint I would have is that they were doing construction on the 6-7 floors and I was on the 8th floor so I got woke up earlier than I would of liked due to the sound. Otherthan that the staff was great and our room was wonderful.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Comfortable hotel in Seattle downtown"
I am coming to Seattle every two years or so. It was my 3rd time in this hotel. In my memories the hotel was somewhat friendlier than the present day reality. I got again a spacious room with clean and comfortable bed, large working desk, and stunning views of the Space Needle (this time from 19th floor - It seems I was lucky, because my colleagues […] in lower floors not facing the Space Needle complained about early morning noise from a nearby construction site; I could see it to the right and down, yet the noise was not reaching me from the distance). So far so good. But.. I am quite sure that I bought my room with complimentary internet, I always do, this is a thing I watch; still they made me purchase the internet connection separately (50 bucks for 7 days of connection, which is not too bad and the connection was very robust and reliable, covering all my devices - though I needed to check this with the front desk, as it was not clear at the time of the initial connection of the 2nd and 3rd devices). Also I needed to park my rental this time, and the guest daily parking fee was quite hefty IMHO - at 30 per day.. Despite these two stains, the hotel is high quality at reasonable price (through Expedia) if you need to be in Seattle downtown for more than a couple of days. Walking distance from water front, where we had our conferences for the better part of the week. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"multiple stays"
stayed multiple times over 20 years. great location, but you must park on the street as prices for valet are ridiculous.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
It was obnoxious to be awoken to pounding contractors and construction next door. People should be notified of this so they can make a CHOICE if they want to stay there or not. There should at least be some % off or free parking for the inconvience. I was als dissatisfied with no fan in the bathroom and how small it was.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"A nice family vacation!"
The location of the hotel was great. Loved being able to walk to various sites to see. Staff was pretty much pleasant, answering our various questions. Our only regret was finding out only after replying to their survey was that in order to get a room with a view of the Space Needle was to request for it upon making your reservation. The 'skyline' view […] wasn't so great, mostly of buildings next door. A perk was having access to the Wi-Fi, without the extra $11 fee per day - which we felt wasn't worth it being that we'd spent our time mostly sightseeing and would spend only about 2 hours a day on it. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Good if you don't mind paying for amenities!"
You have to pay an extra $30 a day for parking, which is only $2 less than what non-guests pay. There is also an $11 per day charge for wi-fi, and LOCAL phone calls are .75 per call. Too many additional costs for an already pricey room!Genuine Expedia guest review

"Too Much Money!"
I didn't find out until I arrived that they charge $30.00 per day to park. Bring a fat wallet, the water in the room is $6.00 per bottle. Our room was on the 2nd floor with a horrible view of the movie theater and people hanging out waiting for the bus.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Great for families in a Great Location!"
This location was great! Pike Place Market was about 4 blocks away and Seattle Center (Space Needle) was probably about 5 blocks away. Lots of shopping just blocks away at Westlake Center. There was a stop for the hop-on-hop-off tour bus just outside the hotel door. Cab fares to the stadiums were cheap but the light rail with service to the stadiums […] was just 3 blocks away as well. With a nice Deli across the street quick meals were easy and tasty. There were multiple restaurant options within a block of this property too. The staff greeted us almost every time we got of the elevator and were very friendly and accomodating. They were engaging to my young son and seemed to really appreciate us as guests! The hallway carpet was a little worn which was a slight concern (at first) but the condition of the room and everything in it was better than good! We had a great stay and we would stay here again without a second-thought when our next travels to Seattle call for a hotel downtown. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
