We have included all charges provided to us by this hotel. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book.
Downtown Seattle stretches along Puget Sound from historic Pioneer Square in the south to trendy Belltown in the north. In between, office towers, shopping gallerias, and brick condos line the leafy avenues. The convention center is here, as is Pike Place Market, where salmon fly. Don't miss the futuristic main library. Seattle's twin stadiums and the International District lie south of downtown.

This hotel satisfied our needs! We were in a great location, walking distance to all the main attractions! Staff was wonderful and the bed was super comfy! Couldn't have asked for a better stay!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel"
The hotel was nice but the bed was a little uncomfortable. Noisy next to the freeway but it was clean and comfortable other than that.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great experience with a negative twist"
The whole stay was excellent! We had a nice time in our big room and got to experience the hotel over the weekend. They did fail to mention the "$38" overnight parking (per night) if you choose to park at the hotel. I didn't see anything online or with our reservation ticket at all. I walked up to the counter and they said "welcome! How would you like […] to pay for parking?!" When the fee was taken from my account they took "$50" instead. Watch out for that! "Nice Stay in Seattle"
My boyfriend and I stayed here Feb 16 and we had a wonderful stay. I chose this hotel for the free parking option but it was much nicer than expected. Location was close to restaurants and shopping. Check in was a breeze, less than 5 minutes to get room keys and park car in garage. The rooms are very clean, beds comfortable. Water pressure was okay. […] We ordered room service for breakfast and it was delicious. The only issue was the elevators, they were very slow. Thanks for the wonderful weekend! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
We were on one of the recently remodeled floors - love the new carpet and dictionary pages wall paper! This was a very nice hotel with great service. Love the views from the 28th floor bar. Would definately recommend this hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice Hotel and Friendly Staff"
I thought it was a good hotel for the price. I expected Marriott to provide 4-5 star services for the price, and I believe they did. My biggest advice to those who may be staying there is to go ahead and pay the $36 for valet parking. It is impossible to find parking near the hotel. Thanks to Hotels.com reviews, I had already made up my mind to pay […] for valet when I arrived. It went smooth. The room was a tad smaller than I thought it would be, the bathroom especially. But overall, the room was clean, well kept and the bed was comfy. You might want to skip the in-room coffee as it was not the greatest. I love coffee and ended up dumping it and going to the restaurant instead. The staff are fantastic. They really seemed to enjoy their jobs. I think I would stay again. "Renaissance Hotel Seattle. Not what I excpected"
For the price of the room I excpected more. The lounge and lobby are better than the roomsGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Response by Renaissance Seattle - a Marriott family hotel Thank you for your review. I apologize that you weren't pleased with our accommodations. We strive to exceed guest expectations, and it is apparent that the mark was missed on this occasion. We will make a note of your review, and use going forward. Thank you again.

"Hotel in Seattle"
Outstanding hotel in every way. One of the best we have ever stayed in.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I have three words for you: Bring ear plugs!! If your a lite sleeper or need quiet you'll need them. I had to pick some up at the drug store. Luckily it was only two blocks away.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Renaissance Hotel in Seattle Wa"
My Fiance and I stayed in the Junior Suite, the pictures make it look bigger but it was still a really nice room, we had a gorgeous view from all of our windows and contrary to what people say, the highway was not all that loud, and it wasn't a disturbance. Everyone downstairs was extremely helpful, On our last night there we went to eat at the RView […] Restaurant/Lounge on the top floor, It might be nice if you are 21 but the food was not up to par for what you pay, we ordered the fettucini alfredo and it was bland and the chicken was burnt. We left and went downstairs to ask where they would suggest a good restaurant that was open late (It was about 9:00pm) and Lucy told us about Icon Grill just a few blocks away, she even called and set up a reservation as we stood there and called for a town car! She was wonderful! Icon Grill is a must go, it's gorgeous and eclectic and the food is great. The Hotel is a little far from Pike Place but on a sunny day it's a good walk. The map they give is kind of cartoony so we had to stop and ask directions a couple of times because we got lost, it can get confusing where to go so be prepared, other then that our stay was fabulous, for it being my fiance's first trip he said he can't wait to go back with all the stuff we did. We would recommend the Hotel, although we want to stay somewhere else a little closer to everything. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Had a great time"
This hotel was around everything we needed. We took the Transit Sound from the airport and walked 6 blocks to the hotel. No problem. We also could walk to catch the 550 express bus to Bellevue to visit family and back again. On the second day we had a wonderful breakfast buffet, and sat and read the newspaper. We also could easily walk to Pikes Place […] and the Seattle Aquarium. Oh, and the library is kiddie corner to the west side of the hotel, and that's the coolest looking library I've ever seen! Overall the hotel was just what it should be, quiet, comfortable, and there when you need it. We had a great time! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very agreeable with a few missing details"
Stayed here one night for our wedding anniversary. Love the theme and decor! We didn't want to pay the parking fee (a little steep for us), so we parked at a friend's house nearby and walked. Enjoyed a fantastic view of the sunset from the Rview lounge on the top floor. Wish our room had offered robes, and we were a bit surprised there was not a stocked […] fridge considering the price of the room. Also couldn't find the little book or pamphlet that has hotel info like check-in/-out time, room service menu (I think maybe they didn't offer room service?), or when their pool and fitness facilities open/close. I'd call these inconveniences, but not complaints. Everything else was great! Glad they're trying to save on water and energy by doing linens every 3 days (unless you request service sooner) and they encourage you to reuse your towels. Didn't interact with any hotel personnel other than the gentleman who checked us in and out, but he was very charming :) FAST elevators - geez! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Bring your earplugs"
Nothing wrong with the hotel, but it's RIGHT on top of the freeway and even on the 19th floor the constant noise kept us awake. For that reason alone, I would not stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close to safeco field"
Excellent hotel - room amenities are great. We had a voucher fr a free breakfast but had no time to sit and eat so the staff helped us get to go containers and grab some items from the Buffett. Excellent customer service.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Only complaint is the location to the I-5 Highway, and the window glass not being thick enough. Could hear traffic all night long.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Renaissance Seattle-In the middle of everything"
The Renaissance Seattle, was in the perfect location. You were able to walk to everything, from Safeco field, down to the pier, and the shopping district. There were many restaurants surrounding, and had was situated in a nice quiet area, even though it is off the highway. Hotel staff, was very courteous, and accommodating. Would definitely suggest […] this hotel, and would stay there again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Renaissance Seattle - A Great Stay"
The hotel is great, the room was super clean and the staff was amazing. It's only about 5 downhill blocks to everything. The price was very good for a hotel that close to the city center. Walking back to the hotel from the market or downtown may be a little bit of a hall since it is uphill, but it's only an $8 cab ride if you want to take the easy way. […] I'll stay again!!
