I have used this hotel once a year, for five years. My husband and I were shocked at how it had become a bit shabby in the last year. Our arrival was at 7:30. We and another guest tried to rouse someone to the front desk and the "dial O" number was busy. When she called via her cell-phone, the call connected to someone in the back room. This person […] came out and begrudgingly helped us. Our room was shabby and I definitely checked the mattress (no bugs). The breakfast selections were very good and convenience is very good.
