We had a large enough room - more than adequate enough for my friend and I to spread out all our bags and equipment. This is the only place that I've stayed where they have two luggage stands. Good lights for reading and needlework. Great beds - firm with a soft top layer - we slept very well which isn't always the case when you travel. The clerk who checked us in was wonderful! We liked our upgraded rooms (Presidential Suite) very much and were grateful for the opportunity to stay in them. Because we'd like those good things to be available to others, we have two suggestions for improving your hotel. One is that someone should make sure that the stairs are vacuumed. They were quite […] dirty all three days while we were there, and that reflected negatively on the otherwise good physical maintenance. The other suggestion is that someone should provide training and accountability so that all of the clerks understand and practice good customer service. More often than not the receptionist in the lobby was gone (smoking outside, etc.) or too busy texting even to look up when guests entered the front doors. It would take only a moment of her time to say a cheerful hello, and those little touches are what distinguish a high quality facility from one that feels just a little sloppy around the edges.
