There was a glass sitting outside the door upon arrival, appearing the previous guest had not been picked up after...small table beside armchair still had ketchup stain on it from prior guest. "Small rooms, noisy hotel"
We picked this hotel because it looked nice online and it was newly renovated. The rooms were small. For a family of 4, the only rooms available were 2 doubles or 1 king. A tight squeeze in my opinion. There is NO sofa bed, unlike what is advertised on some sites. We asked for a rollaway bed when we checked in but it had not arrived by after dinner. […] Had to call down and ask for it again. The bathroom floor had stains on it and there were no towel rails to hang wet towels. How are we to reuse the towels and help our environment?
