"Clean and simple"

Nice hotel. Walking distance from downtown, and the beach. Cute neighborhood. Pastries in the morning were great, but just be warned that that is all there is, so if you have a giant appetite, you'll have to grab breakfast elsewhere. "Close to family, restaurants"
I told the hotel staff the room needed a deep cleaning upon checking out. The carpeting was filthy, the room needed painting. The bathroom was immaculate, but they had this rubber bathtub mat that was disgusting. Who would use that?? The overhead light in the bathroom didn't work. The lamps had broken shades. Billig og bra hotell i Santa Barbara, Ikke vedig sentralt, men greit nok avstand til sentrum. Det er uansett for kaldt til å bade i havet i S.B. i slutten av juli, så avstanden til stranden betyr ikke stort. Hotellet har et helt ok bassengområde for å sole seg og kjøle seg ned. Meget serviceinnstilt betjening. Frokosten er ikke stort verdt for en europeer, […] kun søte kaker, men pluss for gratis kaffe og te hele dagen.
