The front office staff was great (Andrew and Allysa). They were helpful and pleasant. The only fault I have with the hotel was the "cleaning" staff. Our room was very quickly cleaned one day then not at all for the nest few days. I eventually had to say something to at least get the trash cans emptied (or give me a big bag and I will do it myself!). […] It seemed as if we were not the only ones that had to say something. The morning breakfasts were very good. My only suggestion there was that everyday the only fresh fruit that was available were oranges. Nicely kept, had malfunctions with room keys a few times and got locked out of the back door but no other issues. Kind of a sterile cold environment, not condusive to sitting around in lobby to reading a book or just relaxing but a very nice place to stay. What I don't get. The only choices for covers on the bed are a single sheet or the sheet and a heavy comforter. It is either too hot or not warm enough. Why not have a light blanket? "Enjoyable stay"

"Hawthorne Suites in Missoula, MT"
Decaffeinated coffee only in the lobby upon arrival was dismaying. The rooms were big, clean and appointed with assembly type,mass produced furniture. The bathroom was adequate. The view out the back window nondescript. Access to and from the hotel via the freeway was simple. The pool/fitness areas were minimal but refreshing. The lobby, desk help uninviting […] yet functional. Reminds me of a modular home on a larger scale but this isn't a destination resort. All in all for the price a good value. Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, english muffins, yogurt made for a tasty breakfast. Not a bad way to prepare for a trip home after seeing the majestic Glacier NP. The hotel was a great value for the price. The room was large and comfortable. There aren't any restaurants or stores within walking distance, except for a convenience store, but it has very easy access to the highway. One of the elevators was out of service the entire 4 days of our stay, I thought they could have gotten that fixed, but there was another […] elevator in service. het is een vrij nieuw hotel in een rustig gedeelte wat makkelijk te bereiken is vanaf de snelweg. grote overzichtelijke parkeerplaats.Omdat het een tussenstop hotel was hadden we er niet zoveel van verwacht maar het hele gezin was blij verrast door de ruime en ook luxe kamer die uit twee aparte kamers bestond een woon en een slaapkamer en mooie badkamer. zelfs […] een keuken was aanwezig.
