"Live and Learn from mistakes"
We arrived and even though there was only one person in front of us, it took almost 20 minutes to check in. No big deal, except in the room we found a dirty washrag hanging from the shower curtain rod as well as other unmentionable hairs in the tub. For 24 hours, there was a bedspread in the hall by our door...why? I don't know. I assume it was dirty, […] but why wasn't it taken away? Kinda gross. Breakfast consisted of few edible items, not as advertised. I usually love the fun waffle machines in hotels, but their waffle mix was lumpy and then watery...waffles didn't work. "Hotel needs updating"
Lobby and entry were clean, halls narrow and dated. Carpet dingy. Room was adequate but furniture and carpet were stained. Bathroom small. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Location was 5 miles from major interstate but near some places to eat and shopping.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"A cheap hotel for a reason"
An older property overdue for renovation. Bed, furniture, TV, and bath were old and well used. The breakfast was minimul. Hallways were dark and not very inviting.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Unsatisfactory hotel"

"Disappointed"
The lady that chcked me in was very rude!!!! I was early and told her that I wold come back later but she said it was o.k. Then the rudeness started, she first said that the credit card was declined. I started to explain to her that I had already paid and she started yelling saying not my card but the one for hotels.com. I said o.k but don't yell at […] me. She then said that she needs to get paid. I told her that was her problem not mine all I wanted was my room. She then huffed a few times and I ask if there was a problem? While huffing and looking away from she said NO. If I hadn't already paid for this room I would have left. She then told me about the hot breakfast that will be served in the morning including biscuits and gravy. Well, we went down for breakfast and there was no biscuits and gravy. "Needs Work"
