"Pleasant overnight stay"
Room was comfortable, staff was friendly. Had to pay $10 for rubbery eggs and cold bacon for breakfast, I won't have breakfast in the hotel if I stay again. Not my favorite hotel in Missoula, but I couldn't beat the price.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Front desk service was AWESOME!"
The front desk staff was extremely pleasing and went above and beyond to make sure guest were taken care of. Small story, I was giving the girl at the Front desk a hard time about not having cookies. She said she was trying to get the key. After I gave her a hard time several times as I passed by the desk, I was pleasantly surprised that she knocked […] on my door and brought me cookies on a plate and a milk. "Traveling on business"
Great room and a very nice hotel. The only issue was the mattress has a baffle system to control how firm it is. The baffles on one side of the bed were not operating correctly creating a low spot. Regardless, would definitley stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

the hotel was quite comfortable and in a great location since it was just off of the freeway. The rooms were a bit small for us as we had an infant and not much room for the portable crib or to get around the crib. I would ask for a bigger room if you find yourself in a similar location. "Hilton Garden in Missoula"
We flew in to Missoula late and left early so the close proximity to the airport was a plus. The hotel was clean, staff friendly and room comfortable. 10 min. drive to U of Montana and ushering in a college student, the nearness to box stores came in handy.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"A little disappointed"
Had a great seminar at the hotel, but was disappointed that the spa was not working. Also, confused why I had to upgrade for a breakfast brunch when I booked the hotel, but still had to pay for my breakfast. The hotel is very nicely decorated and very clean. The staff was great too. the only thing that I found wrong with this room was there was something very gross dried on the inside of one of the glasses which simply makes me ask the question, what else might be unclean that I can't see? "Nice but walls are thin."
Overall I was quite satisfied with my stay at this hotel. My room was very clean; the staff was friendly; free internet... My only major complaint is that the walls and ceiling/floors are thin. I had to be up at 6 am daily for a conference I was attending but at 1 am I could hear my neighbor's TV and the people above me sounded like they were playing […] basketball.
