"Rude desk clerk ruins stay"
The desk clerk can either make or break your stay. No directions to the 4th floor where the room number sign directory was gone from the wall. When she was told I had already spoken with someone about our reservation she told me the woman I spoke with did not know what she was talking about. The larger rooms are not called suites and do not forget it!!!! […] I live in Missoula and only stayed while remodeling was being done on my house, now I know where NOT to suggest to our out of town guests! There are many other hotels to choose from.
