"Ok hotel - Super hard bed & leaky faucets"
There was a long line to check-in when we arrived. Room was nicely decorated, but the bed was SUPER hard & pillows were ultra soft?! I was very pleased. Everyone associated with the hotel I came in contact with was friendly and very patient. The food I had was well prepared. "Older but very nice"
You can tell that the Millennium is a bit past its prime but is still a grand old lady. The rooms were decent and the furniture had obviously been updated. The room met my need for an overnight stay in the Cincinnati area. There is a lack of hotel staff in the lobby and the front desk attendants were usually not visible. "Convenient, Clean, and Comfortable"
Overall, the hotel was just fine. I stayed in the south tower on the 17th floor, and the room was clean. Beds we comfortable, although the desk chair couldn't be adjusted to a reasonable height. The city skyway connects directly to the Duke Energy Convention Center, which was perfect for my conference. Others stayed at pricier competitors across the […] street, but I didn't find I missed the minibar or expensive bottled water in the room. There are lots of lunch dining options in close walking distance, but everything except a few sit-down restaurants near Fountain Square close at 5 pm. Although I didn't use it, the outdoor pool was busy every night. There are three elevators in each tower, which is sufficient until one breaks down and the others are tied up with a slew of Antiques Roadshow fans carrying their wares to the taping across the street. As a tip, the parking garages immediately north of the Duke Center are half the price of the city lot immediately east of the hotel.
