"Mid-rate hotel charging to print boarding passes"
I can't understand how a mid-rate hotel like this thinks they can pull of charging to print a boarding pass. I specifically asked about printing passes and was directed to a computer that charged $5 / 30 minutes of use. Who needs 30 min to print passes, couldn't the staff have offered to print them? "Disappointed"
Requested a non-smoking room with king or queen bed. Received two full beds in a room which was labeled as non-smoking but stunk of smoke - in the rug, curtains, bedding and especially in the bathroom! We booked for 3 nights and received no consideration for our request. Le personnel est très attentif aux clients. Nous sommes arrivés tard en soirée et ils nous ont aidé à se trouver un restaurant près de l'hotel pour aller souper. Comme j'utilisais la première fois Hotel.Com. ils sont contents de nous servir. La chambre était super grande avec coin cuisine, café.
