"very disappointed"
I was very disappointed in my stay. The toilet clogged and the man at the front desk handed me a plunger!! There were no toiletries in the room (soap but no shampoo). The beds were billed as being extremely comfortable and they were the worst I have slept on in a hotel in a VERY long time. "Check-In Early Warning"
Hotel overbooked the room type that we booked and we happened to be the last to check-in. The rooms they had left were nothing close to what the reservations were for including having to be put in a smoking room. The breakfast was also nothing more than cold items like cereal and toast. This room was so inexpensive, and there were so many positive reviews for this hotel, I just didn't believe them. "BED BUGS"

Arrived at hotel hoping to have a wheelchair accessible room with 2 double beds, which I had confirmation for. When I arrived there late at night. discovered the room only had 1 king size bed. I was travelling with a business partner, so this was totally not acceptable. The manager would not give us an extra room free of charge even knowing we had confirmation […] that the room was equipped with 2 double beds, and after drving almost 10 hours to get there.
