"our 50th anniversary get away"
We had booked with Hotels .com in early july 6, and we eneded up in a Handicapped room on the 1st floor near the trash compactor, which made un necessary noise late in the evening. At 1st we had asked for another room with no success. left a msg with the front desk for the manager, and the mgr was not in house at the time. I call the mgr once I return […] home, and I was not impress with her attitude, only that she will speak with the help on this problem. "Our wedding Anniversary"
We had booked our room @ the Courthyard Marriott in Portsmouth, NH from many other nice Hotels. But was very disapointed with our stay, not getting the room we had looked forward to having, being a Handicapped room, location on the 1st floor near the trash compacted area with loud noise last into the night.
