The rooms were fine, would like to have refridgerators in the to save some of the exquisit food from the hotel's kitchen. Have stayed at this motel twice and both times the kitchen's menu and food service is among the best! I would definitely recommend this hotel. Our five year old loved the pool. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean. Rooms were adequate but bathroom was on the small side. Pool was nice, but located in an odd place (felt like we were in the parking lot) as though it was added after the fact. Little things such as a mini refrigerator and chairs for the table would have been appreciated. […] Also we were missing a luggage rack in one of the rooms. We arrived early and asked if we could check in. Our rooms (two adjoining) were not ready but the front desk staff said they would call us when they were (this was a nice touch). When we arrived back after being told the rooms were ready, we found that only one room was ready. Had to wait an additional hour for the second room to be cleaned (which was also one hour past check-in time). Of all the places our family has stayed, this probably wouldn't be one of the top ones. The service stuff were not friendly and did not erven say hello to the guests! The Gym did not work properly (stepper and bike). The room was to narrow.

The hotel was very nice and the people were very helpful. Only down side was that the ceiling were quite old looking and the bathroom needed a fan.

this hotel is nothing special- for the price they charge they should really up their game and update the 2ftx2ft bathrooms...and then build a bigger pool... i would stay elsewhere..in the future...

place was very nice. the pool was small and very cold..i expected it to be somewhat warm since it was inside. there was no fridge in my room even tho i was told there would be. but other then that the hotel was great and the rlittle resteraunt was great food and prices

We called ahead of time to let the hotel know that we were arriving late 11:00 p.m. because we were driving quite a distance. We were told no problem. We get there and were told they didn't have a room for us even though it was paid for fully in advance and we notified them that we would be late!!! They scrambled and told us to check out a room on the […] top level near a venting system it sounded like a freight train. I explained our disappointment and need to have a comfortable room due to a medical condition that I suffered from. So they provided us with a room that had water damage in it earlier in the day, we got in the room, someone either spilled coffed that was not cleaned up and the cream went bad or someone threw up in it, it was horrible in one of the corners. We couldn't take our shoes off. There were long strands of hair in the bathroom that were not disposed of. The bathroom was OK BUT was not thoroughly cleaned properly. The duvets had no duvet covers on them and the list goes on. They provided us with a complimentary breakfast which was very nice and the young man at guest services tried his best to make us feel comfortable BUT regardless we will never stay again.
