"I wont stay there again!"
Room smelled like moth balls, hair blower did not work, the king size bed was very uncomfortable, needed a new mattress and I was cold! Therm. was set, it couldnt be changed. I have stayed here for the past 4 years and this was the most unpleasant. There are so many hotels in that area I will try a different one next year.The room looked good.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Not Recommend"
I was very unhappy with my stay. My room was not clean, and that is putting it lightly. When the representative from the front desk came up, she said it was not her problem and that I would be suprised at how often the rooms were like this. She just shrugged and walked off. "Holiday Inn Portsmouth! Great Hotel"
From the moment I walked in to check in the employees were very friendly and welcoming. Upon getting to my room, I was very happy with the cleanliness of the room.
