"Nice Place to stay at a reasonable rate."

I highly recommended this hotel. Clean friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was not great but there is enough to eat to last you through the day. The location was quite far from Miami. i always try to stay here. I made the mistake to book a room at the fairway Inn up the street and woke up to a roach on my arm. I immediately came back to the one place i knew was a great hotel. The Floridian is unusually clean for a low-ranked hotel. The rooms have WiFi, cable TV, a small refrigerator and a microwave. Everything in the room worked, the neighborhood seemed very safe (right next to major shopping centers, very close to the Turnpike and easy to find. The pool is pretty large and very clean. I travel alone, but I saw families […] there too. I stay in a lot of lower-budget hotels, and the Floridian tops the list. I usually sacrifice comfort or convenience to save money, but the Floridian demands no sacrifices. This is the second time I have stayed here and I plan to return every time I travel to the area. "Great Hotel... Loud Guests"
The hotel and staff were great, the other guests were SUPER LOUD. They left the TV on full blast all night and then had a fight with their kid about 1 am trying to get them to go to bed. The tv was on so loud they had to yell over it. I tried pounding on the wall and Yelling "Shut up" but they could not hear me over the noise in their room. The kid […] finaly went to sleep about 3 AM so the arguing stopped then but the TV stayed on. I had to get upp at 6 AM so all together I only for 2 hours sleep because of the loud people.
