Our room was on the back of th motel where there wasn't any parking. We had to lug everything from a far away parking spot to get to it. The outside of building and grounds were very dirty trash all over. Door didn't shut all the way and air was coming through crack. Windows were dirty moistured over. "filthy hotel will never go back."
the blanket was not changed from the previous guest. needless to say there were bodily fluids on it. we told the maid and she said we would have to go all the way down stairs to the front desk and tell the clerk. he told us to just throw it in the bin and handed us a thin old raggy blanket that wasn't even warm enough as it was in the 40"s. disgusting […] to say the least. we didnt dare take advantage of the breakfast. never again. "Poor quality"
Where to begin? The facility was in far worse shape than others offered by Hotels.com. Wi-fi was out of service, the pool had been condemned by the county, room numbers were written on slips of paper and taped to the doors (though some rooms were not numbered at all), and some areas of the hotel had apparently not been cleaned for some time. The layout […] of the breakfast area was poor, and the situation was not helped by the two staff members apparently charged with keeping supplies available to guests. Because of a certain lethargy, they put out food in very limited quantities so that it was snapped up immediately, and lines formed waiting to get as much as a piece of toast. "Don't book this one!"
Hotel in good location, however, it is not worth the price. The rooms smelled. The FL Health Dept. had a warning on the front door that it was bad for your health to swim in their pool because it did not meet FL Health standards!!!! Rooms were old and dirty.
