loved the fact that the way the hotel and room were decorated was not like every other hotel you stay in. Everything was exceptional. Not a single complaint. Be sure to go to the deck on the 15th floor for an amazing view.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Fancy + great location"
The Nines is GORGEOUS, but you pay for it. Rooms are lovely and service is fast & friendly Valet parking is convenient, but expensive and it takes them a long time to get your car. Lots of nightlife here - the rooms are quiet, but lots of partygoers running around late at night.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
First trip to Portland and The Nines. This was recommended by a friend. Enjoyed our stay, and the cityGenuine Hotels.com guest review

It was never disclosed that the parking was $105 for 3 days. That was a very unpleasent suprise coming out of my bank account.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Beautiful hotel. Stayed on the Club Level which offered a lot of snacks and beverages throughout the day. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel location was great. Valet parking at hotel was convenient but expensive. If you do not need in/out privileges there are city lots nearby for half the price. Only negative was the walls of our room were very […] thin and we could hear the neighbors conversations. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Love the vibe of the decor...great potential"
Loved everything about the hotel in terms of esthetics and feel. Service was okay...a bit immature in my opinion. Staff was friendly but not super knowlegeable nor hospitable. Great potential for the hotel if they can improve on their staff's service level. We stayed in standard room which was quite nice. Decor felt different than your averageGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great hotel but skip the restaurants"
While the hotel was great and the food was very good, the service in both restaurants was awful. The servers were very pleasant but the kitchens must be totally incompetent, or having a bad weekend. At dinner in the Departure Lounge we were put in a very cramped and uncomfortable space, like a hallway, with no atmosphere. Our server tried hard but the […] timing of the food was off and there were long delays in getting courses and drinks. The food was very good once wwe got it. The next morning at Urban Farmer we had the same experience. It took almost 45 minutes for our breakfast to come out, then it was cold and one order was wrong. The replacement food was cold as well. Again, the server tried her best, and the food would have been good had it been hot. We weren't charged for that meal and I feel the situation was handled well, but the experience wa very disappointing. I hope they work out the bugs! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"The Nines - Portland - Luxe Life"
We loved The Nines hotel. However we paid an extra $100 to have two additional people in the room. We received a coupon for a free slider in the hotel bar. We were given one tiny slider for four of us to share. Seems like they could have spared one slider for each of us, especially with the additional persons charge that we paid.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"The Nines Hotel downtown Portland."
It was absolutely gorgeous! I booked the room for my best friend's birthday and even though it was only for one night, I definitely plan on staying again. I didn't make it to Urban Farmer or Departure, but that just means I'll be back to experience both!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great Stay"
Apart from a long wait for ice to be delivered to our room, the bed was as comfortable as my own; decor was appealing; view was okay; food in the bar on the 14th floor was spectacular! Al in all a very good experience. Worth repeating. We were there with another couple in order to get away from the routine of home life, and it was well worth it!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Beautiful hotel!"
The location is perfect (right near Pioneer Square, which is the center of downtown Portland). The rooms and the hotel were beautiful to the eye. Very new, clean and wonderfully designed with a mix of antique and modern. Beds and bedding were super comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel - I usually stay at Westins but this one had much […] more personality and charm with the same cleanliness and modern feeling. "Nines Club Level is the way to stay"
The one way streets around the hotel make it difficult to drive to, but once you are there the Nines is a lovely hotel with a lovely club level. I was never sure who was the concierge but the service in the club was pleasant and always accommodating. Great shopping location and within walking distance of the Portland Art Museum (1/2 mile). "Best location in Portland"
We stayed here for a bachelorette party, which was perfect, because Departures is right above the hotel, and the major shopping district is right below. We took the train down from Seattle, and then took a 4 minute cab ride to the hotel. One of the girls brought her three year old daughter, which worked out great, because when she got tired, she took […] her down the elevator to the room- no problem. The room was so stylish. The views were wonderful. Perfect weekend. On the way back to the train station, we took the street car, which was really easy, free, and quick. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

(家族連れもいますが) Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
