Overall the service was good. The room was comfortable and the shuttle was on time. However it would have been nice to be offered a bottle of water upon checking in. Stayed one night for an early morning flight out of PDX. Room was clean, quiet and nicely furnished , with a comfortable bed. Microwave and fridge were pluses. Easy to locate, convenient to airport.
