Everything was great . But the cab service they use was unacceptable. Driver thought we were the typical tourist, so they drove us out of the way from where we were going. When we mentioned it to them, his answer to us was. What are you counting the blocks. But the hotel was very nice about it when we mentioned it to them..Genuine Hotels.com guest review

We loved everything except 2 items. The sheets did not appear to pressed when laundered.....also the tv channels....... No major channels, ie no ABC,, CBS, NBC, CNN etc...... Only Fox News...... They stated they are in transition changing tv provider...... Not good on major holiday weekend.... I was shocked sheets not pressed..... I look forward to […] pristine beds........ We recently upgraded our television programming to include more channels, high definition, and HBO but during the switch over the local channels were not functioning. We have resolved this issue and we now offer one of the best selection of channels I have seen in a hotel. I am also sorry that you felt the sheet was not pressed.
