see all hotels in Portland"Tiny basic 'deluxe' room, didn't honor internet"
This is a nice hotel, but not nearly as nice as others would have you think. We booked a "Deluxe King with Free Internet'. The first thing to note was despite what that might imply, the internet was not free. When I queried, they said 'Internet is never free with expedia', didn't care what my confirmation letter said. They did begrudgingly give me a […] code for a single device when I insisted, but that's it. The room was very small and the bathroom less than basic, hardly any room at all. I have no idea what I got for the extra money I paid for the 'deluxe' room, as it really couldn't have been any smaller or more basic. The high point of the stay was the restaurant - excellent, but you don't need to stay at the deluxe to use it. My advice is to stay in one of the other great hotels in portland, and just visit the restaurant. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
